ReBIRD™ can help keep your gear going. Whether it’s mending rips and tears, restoring zippers, or tackling complex technical repairs, our expert team is here to extend the life of your gear. We’re constantly evolving our repair capabilities to deliver reliable, more sustainable solutions.

Patches for rips and tears
Small tears happen. You choose colour-matched or contrast patches, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Zipper repairs
When your zipper is giving you a hard time, we can fix or replace it for you.

Complex repairs
Some repairs take more than an in-store fix. Our repair centre technicians can handle issues like de-lamination and seam failures.

How repairs work
1. We start with an assessment
Our team of experts will assess your gear to identify the best solutions. If your gear is heavily worn, breaking down, or beyond its usable life, repair may not be possible. We will do our best to fix what we can, and provide alternate solutions where we can’t.
2. We check if our warranty applies
We take pride in offering a robust limited warranty. However, not every case is covered. Coverage depends on the issue and your gear’s warranty status. If your item is no longer under warranty, certain repairs may still be available for a fee.
3. We offer you solutions
We will either provide you with at-home repair tools, fix your gear on the spot, or send it to one of our repair facilities. If we aren’t able to offer you a repair for any reason, we will find the next best solution to get you back outside. Repair services and options can differ by region, based on local availability.
Do-it-yourself repairs
Small issues can often be fixed at home with the right tools. We can provide simple repair solutions to keep you moving.

For small holes or tears
Tenacious Tape is a great short-term solution for small tears on GORE-TEX® and insulated gear.

For missing pieces
We offer replacements for small parts, like buckles and straps.

For zippers
Sometimes, all a zipper needs is a new slider or stopper.
