How repairs work

1. We start with an assessment

Our team of experts will assess your gear to identify the best solutions. If your gear is heavily worn, breaking down, or beyond its usable life, repair may not be possible. We will do our best to fix what we can, and provide alternate solutions where we can’t.

2. We check if our warranty applies

We take pride in offering a robust limited warranty. However, not every case is covered. Coverage depends on the issue and your gear’s warranty status. If your item is no longer under warranty, certain repairs may still be available for a fee.

3. We offer you solutions

We will either provide you with at-home repair tools, fix your gear on the spot, or send it to one of our repair facilities. If we aren’t able to offer you a repair for any reason, we will find the next best solution to get you back outside. Repair services and options can differ by region, based on local availability.
