Bad heel seem.

I'd love to give the shoe a five star. It's a very comfortable shoe throughout the only problem and the reason I get three stars is there is a seam that runs across the back between the Achilles and the heel. After Time walking in the shoes or hiking gives you blisters if they take the seam out. I would give a five star. And buy again.

Had to return - Forefoot and toe box were cramped.

The toe box and forefoot on a size 11.5 were too small for me so I returned them. I have a pair of Arc'teryx NORVAN LD 3 shoes that are the same size and fit well. Otherwise it appears to be a nice shoe--thus the three stars. I'm debating on whether to order a size up.

Ich habe bereits den Vorläufer dieses Wanderschuhs gekauft und war sehr zufrieden damit. Einen Grund den gleichen Schuh in einer neuen Ausführung zu kaufen. Er ist wiederum sehr bequem.

Started Great, Went Downhill Fast

I bought these in April and wore them on two trips—one soon after getting them and another more recently—with some light day use in between. At first, I really liked them. They were snug, supportive, and gave me confidence with my footing, just like the description says. But they’re not built for long-term wear. Wearing them all day, let alone for a full week as my primary footwear, was brutal—just not that comfortable over time. After only a couple of trips and some casual use, they already looked seriously worn out. The base scuffs super easily—just slipping on a rock left visible damage. The worst part? I wore them briefly in a sandy area and now they sound like maracas. There’s sand stuck deep in the lining, making the shoes heavier and noisy. Sometimes it even comes out the top when I shake them. The stitching inside is rough, and it explains why a little water on the upper ends up soaking my whole foot. I had Salomons that lasted six years before blowing out the side. I initially loved these as a replacement, but now I’m really questioning Arc'teryx’s quality in footwear.

Could be more durable

Great boots if you're happy to buy new ones every other season. The fabric splits on the outside near the ball of the foot. Had two pairs, time to change.
