Overpriced an ordinary product

Nothing special, you can get similar products for a quarter of the price. Considering this Jacket is too warm for a base layer, and with this price, it does not have a zipper chest pocket or sleeves for a cellphone / Powerbar. Mostly again, this jacket does not have a ribbed hem to avoid wind getting in (I have to install one for myself),
It is also running a bit large, which other products of this brand usually fit, and running small

Hallo … ich habe diese Jacke als Geschenk zu Weihnachten bekommen. Grundsätzlich funktioniert diese gut, sie ist warm und angenehm leicht zu tragen - leider nach kurzer Nutzung sehr starkes Material- Pilling, das ist bei dieser Marke ein „Armutszeugnis " . Andere ältere vergleichbare Jacken sehen nach jahrelanger Nutzung nicht so aus - extrem Schade und enttäuschend…

One of my favorite Arc’Teryx hoodies. Great for travel and sport .. Maintains shape and color post washing .. well constructed with zip pockets always a plus . Multi seasonal item . Great layering item with atom vest or jacket for cooler temps. Loved it so much I had to get another one! Simple , stylish … bonus ! Nice for post climb warmth in the cooler months ..

Good but could be even better

Really soft and comfortable with a great fit, zipper is pretty crappy and I don’t feel like it needs and ultra minimalist zipper. As other reviewers have mentioned the piling is excessive and happens almost immediately. For me I don’t really mind that as the interior stays crazy soft and comfortable and the exterior develops almost like a patina. Might looks worse in certain colours I dunno. Overall I’m really happy with it- purchase size L - 6’4” 195 lbs slim build. Fits perfectly

This a great jacket! The fit is true to size. It is warm and very breathable. I use it for daily wear and as a mid layer beneath a hard shell on ski days in the upper 20s and 30s.

Lightweight but warm

I was looking for a lightweight but warm hoody for spring autumn and this definitely meets my needs. Lovely material very cosy looks great whats not to like. Expensive so needs to wash well and last a few years so wait to see on that one.

Do NOT Buy!! After 4 months and wearing it 4 times (no washing). Severe pilling. Called customer service, was told that is normal and I should buy a pilling shaver. Arcteryx what is wrong with you, its obvious its bad material. Going back to MEC
