I am concerned by the number of reports of pockets failing because they are not stitched. Now that I've read that I don't think I can risk buying a pair. Is this a design flaw?

These pockets are designed to provide durable performance under normal use, and the vast majority perform as intended. If a bonded pocket were to experience delamination due to a manufacturing issue, our Product Service team would be happy to evaluate the garment and discuss available options. We understand your concern after reading other reviews, but isolated reports do not necessarily reflect the typical performance of the product. What happens when the glued pocket fails

Does the belt remain in position or is it likely to twist and turn creating an irreversible bump on the interior of the belt loop?
