Awesome jacket, slim fit.

I bought this jacket just before 2 weeks of constant rain in the Rockies. It has held up incredibly through changing conditions I’ve remained dry, warm, and never overheating. The fit has taken a bit of getting used to. I’m fairly slim 5’8, 135lb. The models pictured said they were 6 foot and wearing a M so I ordered S. Although it fits well, it’s a lot tighter in the arms and neck than I was expecting. If I were to order again I would probably go with M.

Amazing Shell Jacket!

I got this jacket around February, and it is an amazing jacket for its intended use. The Gore-Tex holds up really well when washed regularly and after long trips. It’s easily packable for storage, and breaks the wind when it is really windy. Aesthetically very clean and good looking. This jacket will last me years to come. 10/10 Would purchase again!

I love this jacket

I love this jacket. This is my second one after over 10 years with the first one. I’m 6’5” and 270 and the regular fit of the jacket is very comfortable. Love that is wind proof and waterproof.

Great jacket just wish it was longer.

Generally a really nice shell. I appreciate that fabric is comfortable on bare skin, the jacket allows me to move freely and is super waterproof. It would be better if it was an inch or two longer. Unless whatever I am wearing under the jacket is tucked in I get a wet ring around the bottom.

Perfect jacket!

My last Beta AR lasted me 14 years and served me very well, through all 4 seasons. My philosophy with my gear is “tools, not jewels”, and I while I took care of it, it was used for its intended purpose. Overall, it held up very well! My new one is an upgrade in every sense of the word. Better material, better construction, and an improved fit. Pit zippers are longer, pockets are bigger and better placed, and zippers are of a higher quality. While I miss my old one, I’m looking forward to it being an integral part of my adventures!

Love this jacket

I've had it for a year now. At the start it felt a bit weird when I put it on, probably, because it was my first Gore-Tex jacket, but then I got used to it. Always keeps me dry. The hood is very adjustable, I like it a lot. It's breathable indeed, but not the most breathable in the world, but I do think that it is as breathable as possible for a Gore-Tex PRO jacket given the current Gore-Tex technologies. After some laundries the factory DWR still works perfectly, I've never applied it additionally since the purchase. It's true to size for me, use the sizing guide, I find it pretty accurate and helpful. I have it in S and it has enough room for me to add layers and is not too boxy (however, it is a bit) when I don't put many layers on. I'm approximatively 173 cm in height.
