Bizarre mismatching colorway

I purchased this in black/soul/electra. This is just a warning to buyers, the inner lining is entirely purple (maybe this is soul?). Whatever they call it, it doesn’t match the colorway on the outside which is awesome (black and blue (Electra?)). I can’t believe that this bizarre contrast of colors is somehow excluded from all of the photographs. It’s a disconcerting array of colors and it’s disappointing that there is no way to know this until after the jacket arrives. I’m a diehard fan of this brand but this will be returned. Please add another photo!

My favorite jacket no longer fits

I bought my first Atom 5+ years ago, and wore it maybe 90+ days every year - it was my main jacket. I wore a large and it fit perfect. Sadly I lost it - I'm killing myself trying to figure out how. Of course being my daily driver for more than 5 years, was a no brainer to buy another, same size. It no longer fits the same! Its kind of baggy now, but the medium remains too small (too short). I've since learned this is the "Revised" fit scheme that once you understand that, is marked clearly in the various jacket titles.
I still wear it, but its not the same. It makes sense, I'm tall and lanky, so it probably fits more people better overall now. But not me. Maybe I can find another model. Maybe I can find an old one online somewhere. If I can, I'll likely sell my new Atom - as nice as it is, its just a little baggy for my taste, especially since I'm looking to use it nearly every day.
Still IMO best all around jacket for those it fits well - enjoy!

My Favorite Jacket of 5+ Years

If there's one piece I'll always recommend and/or purchase again-and-again, it's the Atom Hoody. It's been my go-to jacket for nearly every season whether I'm camping, climbing, hiking, backpacking, or going on a walk in the city for the past 5 years. I've tested it against the abrasive granite of Joshua Tree, CA to the sandstone grit of Chattanooga, Tennessee. I've also brought it with me on plenty of international from North America to Europe and Asia. It's never disappointed. The Atom Hoody is warm, comfortable, has a great fit, and is one of the more durable outerwear pieces I've ever owned. It'll always be my first recommendation for anyone looking for an outdoor synthetic hoody.

Veste incroyable

Une super veste vraiment incroyable, très versatile. Le seul bémol de cette version "revu" c'est la doublure intérieur qui était mieux sur la première atom, celui de la nouvelle version accroche et de ce fait il devient "compliqué" d'enfiler les manches lorsque l'on a un haut a manche longue en dessous. Hormis ça c'est une veste qui tient relativement chaud, qui possède un traitement déperlant c'est vraiment le top de novembre a avril!

Une veste légère et super agréable à porter. Résidant à Marseille, les températures sont plutôt clémentes, j'ai porté cette veste une bonne partie de l'hiver avec un simple pull en laine en dessous.
J'avais beaucoup hésité avant de l'acheter et j'étais dubitatif face aux commentaires élogieux stipulant que c'était leur meilleure veste. Après plusieurs mois d'utilisation, c'est également ma veste préférée qui ne me quitte plus.
Je garde dans mon sac la Beta SL en cas d'intempéries et là je crains plus les éléments méditerranéens.
Je ne connaissais la marque Arcteryx que de nom, je suis maintenant un grand fan !!

Worn out due to poor materials

Be aware of poor material. I’m not used to wear a back pack so I haven’t noticed this matter which is mentioned by many people. But I can tell worn out the jacket by wearing a bag pack for 1 day long travel.

Worst product I have ever purchased

I purchased this product which I paid £260 for. I only wore it a handful of times before the material at the top of an arm became frayed and started to split. I referred this Arcteryx who apologised and offered me 40% off my next purchase. Why would I want to purchase another Arcteryx product when I have had such a negative experience. I was told by the Arcteryx staff member that the material on the jacket was damaged as a result of wearing a heavy pack which it is not designed for. I wore the jacket with a light pack which is what is illustrated in some of the on line photographs. Eventually I managed to negotiate a replacement product after having to send an official letter under consumer rights legislation for the UK. I will never buy another Arcteryx product and I do not recommend the Atom hoody. This is priced at £260, I am not wealthy and to spend this much on a jacket I expected a great deal more and better customer service. Arcteryx purport to offer high end products my experience would dictate otherwise. Avoid the Atom Hoody and Arcteryx at all costs.

Troisième veste ATOM commandée et je suis toujours satisfaite.
📌 En revanche, le transporteur est à déplorer. Le produit m’a été livré une semaine après la réception sur la plate-forme, après de nombreuses négociations auprès de la plate-forme de livraison.
Conseil: changer de transporteur !!!!
