Alpha SL Harness

Technical features

• Breathable

• Durable

Construction

• ALUULA A86X and A175 are stronger than steel by weight, delivering exceptional strength with minimal bulk

Harness features

• New WARP Strength Fusion Technology™ bonds ultralight materials to create a low-profile, high-strength chassis that maintains integrity under load

• Weight is distributed across the waist belt and leg loops for comfort and support while hanging and belaying

• Braided UHMWPE fibres are spliced together at the rise for strength without adding bulk, then splayed and bonded creating a minimal harness chassis

• BraidLock™ leg-loop system is designed for easy, glove-friendly adjustability utilizing a “finger-trap” mechanism — it can be loosened when not under tension and constricts under load, allowing you to adjust the fit to work with different layering systems

• Two full gear loops are semirigid, lightweight, and secure

• Low-profile UHMWPE loops securely carry up to two emergency ice screws for crevasse rescue

• Rear rise is adjustable via sliding knots, and is also replaceable, extending harness life span

• Size 3 weighs in at 76g for the harness alone, 78g including the stuff sack and packaging

• The leg-loop system fully opens so you can wrap the harness around yourself when wearing crampons or skis, allowing for quick transitions without removing gear

• The tapered buckle allows you to easily pass through the loop with feet that secure in it in place

Sustainability

• PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) Compliant
