Feels as good as it looks!

Shoe is super snug fit with the sock style, firm and rigid at first so advise is to break the shoe in gradually to give it chance to mould to your feet. Balances comfort and stability and has great traction with decent lugs for tricky terrain

My shoe!

I couldn't be happier with how this Vertex Speed has turned out. This was built with running, scrambling, and climbing around the mountains of BC in mind and that's exactly how I'll be using it! It's just as much at home on the trails around the Chief as it is on the summits of the Tantalus Range. Roger's Pass or the Tetons - this is an awesome fast and light shoe. It's thin near the toe for good smearing and climbing, and has a bit of cushion at the heel for descending 1500m back to valley bottom.

Ma préférée de la gamme actuelle , une chaussure très légère pour aller jouer dehors. Son terrain de prédilection reste le cailloux et donc les sentiers techniques mais elle s’est très bien courir vite tout autant. Une robustesse à toutes épreuves, j’adore son look aussi
