Question 1

Is the hood detachable?

Helio, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi Tracey, thank you for your question! No, the hood on the Kyanite LT Hoody is not detachable.

Question 2

Meine alte Kyanite Hoodie ist L/G !!! (nicht LT) mit Schlüsseltasche. Möchte wieder möglichst gleiche. Welches Modell soll ich jetzt kaufen?

Helio, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Question 3

Is this similar to the Adahy hoodie?

Seymour, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi there, great question. The best alternative to the Adahy Hoody in our current lineup is the Kyanite LT Hoody. Both are designed as lightweight technical hoodies that perform well as a midlayer or on their own, and they share the same soft, breathable Torrent™ fleece. We hope this helps!

Question 4

Is the KYANITE LT HOODY WOMEN'S sweatshirt also suitable for cool summer mornings? (for example Canada and Oregon) Or it's too thick? Thanks, Chiara

Austin · Accepted Answer

Hi Chiara, you can certainly wear the Kyanite LT Hoody in the summer. It is designed with Torrent™ stretch fleece which is extremely soft next to skin, manages moisture, provides light warmth and performance stretch, and is brushed for softness

Question 5

What is the chest size of Large?

Austin · Accepted Answer

Question 6

On the interior of the hoody, are these supposed to be interior pockets? They are not stitched at the bottom.

River · Accepted Answer

Question 7

What does "Revised" mean for the Kyanite LT Hoody

Corinne · Accepted Answer

Hello Mark,

The fit of the Kyanite LT Hoody Women's has evolved. Before you check out, please make sure to reference our sizing chart to determine your correct size. This trimmer fit is patterned to stay close to the body through the chest, waist, hip, and thigh. Its low profile eliminates bulk, moves with the body, and fits comfortably under our outer layers.

Question 10

How does this compare to the old Delta MX hoody?  Or the Delta LT hoody? I love the Delta MX but it seems that has been discontinued.

Larry · Accepted Answer

Hello Joanna,

The Kyanite LT Hoody is a versatile stretch fleece with exceptional next-to-skin comfort for layering or a standalone piece for a range of mountain activities.

It differs from the Delta LT Hoody and Delta MX Hoody in that those two garments have a Polartec® Classic 100 Micro Velour Small Grid fabric while the Kyanite LT Hoody has a jersey knit fabric with a soft, brushed surface.

The Delta MX Hoody can be found on outlet.arcteryx.com.
