The taped seam area under the collar behind the neck is bent. How can I make it flat?

Hello Alan, to help flatten the taped seam area on the Demlo Shirt SS, machine wash the shirt on a gentle, low‑temperature cycle with a slow spin, then tumble dry on a low‑heat permanent‑press setting. If the seam still needs a bit more smoothing, you can lightly press it with a low‑heat iron.
