Zipper Revision Not Good

I have both the long and short sleeve versions of the older look with pocket. Was returning for more colors. Hate the revision look with zipper. It destroys the look an structure. Definitely a shame. The previous shirt design was awesome. Seems like you messed with a good thing and lost. Will not be purchasing. Really loved the previous product.

What!?!?

I cannot imagine that anyone who has bought this shirt over the last 5+ years has complained that the one thing that would make it perfect is if arc went ahead and returned to the original design. And, even if there was a small contingent who thought so, why wouldn't Arc run out a separate design giving fans a choice between the 2 shirts, one with and another without the zipper.
There was a period of time when I religiously wore these shirts for anything. And when one was too stained, or pilling a lot, it would then be used for a more aggressive activity. I still currently have about 16 of these, and am chagrined at having not bought more catalox color when it was offered. It is by far the sweetest red/brown colored dress-y shirt that I own.
Please Arc, PLEASE remove the zipper!

I bought last year's shirt without the zipper. I love it. The old version was comfortable for hiking and touring and was passable at the office. WIth a zipper? Not so much. I came here to buy more. I can't buy this.

Why in the world did you change this shirt?

I have one of the older shirts (without zipper) and was looking to add a new color. I cannot believe the shirt was redesigned with a zipper. Why in the world would you do this? I love to wear these shirts for work and travel, and what made them great was not only the design and wrinkle-free qualities, but it was stylish. The zipper absolutely ruins the look.

Revision ruined the shirt

This shirt was perfect for basically every occasion and now it’s completely ruined because they added a CHEST POCKET ZIPPER. Have you ever seen anyone wearing a button down with a chest zipper? Exactly.
Please do everyone a favour and give us the classic Skyline back.

Please return to the previous design.
This was the shirt in your lineup that the most people felt comfortable with wearing it in to the office.
I have been looking forward to buying several of the skyline shirts this spring and will have to go with other options now.
The store I work for carried this shirt every year and abstained from ordering it as well.
This years sales should show you that this change in design was not the right choice for you and your customers.

But: why is there now a zipper on the breast pocket? I can't use it as a business shirt anymore.

Great in every way except the freaking logo

I got this shirt and loved it, until I turned around and saw the branding, and then I had to return it. Can you guys PLEASE remove your logo from the back of this shirt? It's *way* too big for this type of shirt and sits in this weird position (in the top center of the back) that someone over there probably thought was bold, but in reality makes the wearer look like the same kind of walking billboard sucker that wears a brand like Helly Hanson or DKNY that they bought off of Amazon. Honestly. The big logo thing may work on your outdoor gear, but not for the more urban pieces that can be dressed up a bit.
Your Capive SS shirt does it very well, with a *small* logo patch near the pocket that looks inconspicuous, especially for the occasions where I would want to wear this shirt. Do that, and I would gladly buy it again. Everything else seems great!

Great shirt, but way too big

Really neat shirt, recommended by a friend and purchased according to the fit of previous products. Usually run a small in pieces that indicate trim fit (atom LT, etc) but this one was far too large. Shoulders and upper back seem adequate for a small but arms are too long and it's way too roomy and long around the stomach. Also quite baggy in the upper arm.
Would buy again if they offered a size down.

The quality and design is typical Arc'teryx, best in class. You'll look good and feel good in this shirt.
Arc'teryx sizing is usually pretty consistent but this one was a miss for me. I am size M with Arc'teryx products but this one is too long in the arms and too wide around the stomach.

Misleading color and size

I thought the Pegasus color shirt was an off white from the website, but it’s actually a light blue. I wear a size XL in Arc’teryx tops but the XL for this shirt is huge! The seam on the shoulders go way past mine. Also, it took about three washes in the recommended water to get the wrinkles out from the packaging, and make sure you don’t dry it flat or you will get wrinkles that won’t come out without a steaming or an ironing.

I own 3 of these shirts and I love them. They feel like you're not wearing anything, yet they provide some warmth and while they are breathable, that could be better. It's the only fault I find. The colors are great and the shirt stands up to abuse. The fit is true to size and comfortable. You have to try on one of these shirts to believe how comfortable they can be. The uses for this shirt are many. They have an elegant look yet are technical enough to use for travel.

These shirts are a staple in my wardrobe. I have one for each day of the week in both the LS and SS variants. They’re both incredibly light, comfortable and look great. They’re super breathable and perfect for hot Phoenix days. Plan to buy more in the future as more colors come out.

This is a very comfortable shirt with just the right amount of stretch in the fabric. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and the cut and collar are great for business casual wear or a casual outfit. The only exercise I do in it is lunch walks and bike commutes, but it breathes well and hides the exertion so you dont have to change.

I got this for work, and casual wear when out and about, or in church. At 5'10", 170lbs, I tend to go for mediums if I want a snug fit. It's a little loose, but I like it that way. I get compliments often and love the logo on the rear upper spine area. Will absolutely get more colors soon.

This has become my favorite shirt for travel. It looks great with jeans, khakis, or dress slacks. Wear it with a t-shirt and it it's perfect for the office, or a networking cocktail reception or dinner; or, wear it on a hike for warmth and weatherproofing. Caught in a rainstorm? alles in allem nur zu empfehlen, leider nicht ganz günstig aber so etwas kauft man nicht jedes Jahr, ich habe gleich noch eine andere Frabe hinterher bestellt und bin mit meiner Wahl sehr zufrieden. Wurde auf dieses hemd und den Stoff so oft wie noch nie angesprochen, fühle mich damit sehr sehr wohl also absolute Kaufempfehlung meinerseits

Still a great shirt

Have an older version, probably 3-4 years old, and the shirt always draws many compliments. The fit and finish are outstanding, always looks good even if pulling out of a travel bag. Looks great with shorts, jeans or a pair or dress pants - very versatile. Bought another one recently and it seems to be the same quality, but time will tell. I wish more colors were offered so I could add more variety to the wardrobe.

Lightweight and durable

The shirt looks and feels great. I can pack it without worrying about wrinkles. The only problem is the sleeve cuffs only allow for one size wrist. There is not a second set of buttons on the cuffs.

Buttons are rubbish. Stay away

Stay away - this isn't a quality thing. Arcteryx, it looks like you think you've made it. No quality control, good designs are in the past. All that's left is a hefty price tag.

Have often looked for clothing with a good UPF rating. So often such clothing lacks any kind of interesting style. This shirt looks neat, keeps me cool and protects from the sun.
