Question 1

Has the sizing changed at all from the previous year's model?

Helio, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi Rias, thank you for your question! Yes, the sizing on the AR-385a Harness has changed slightly compared to the previous model (X000005263, which ran from FW20–SS25). Below is a comparison of the size Small (base size) measurements from last year's model to the current SS26 model (X000010386):

Last year's model (X000005263):

Swami length (waist belt length): 80.3cm
Swami height (max height from top edge to bottom edge): 10.1cm
Leg loop length (adjustable - longeset length in a straight line): 51.4cm
Leg loop height (max height from top edge to bottom edge): 6.7cm

This year's model (SS26 - X000010386)

Swami length (waist belt length): 80.3cm
Swami height (max height from top edge to bottom edge): 10.1cm
Leg loop length (adjustable - longeset length in a straight line): 54cm
Leg loop height (max height from top edge to bottom edge): 6.7cm

The only change is the leg loop length, which is now slightly longer (54 cm vs. 51.4 cm) to better accommodate larger thighs. The loops are still fully adjustable, so they can still be tightened as needed. We hope this helps!
