brilliant outer layer

This dress is great to wear as an outer layer, as described it is for skiing but wearing it in everyday life it's just as good, loose but not oversized. I've listed him as the best outer layer for late fall and early winter!

Why do you think this a poor choice for a midlayer? It's marketed specifically as such, so I'm curious what drives your opinion on that. Poor midlayer performance would be an instant "don't buy" for me

This could be an essential winter layer. Great length and fit overall is remarkably good. I'm wearing the M over a Kyanite LT in L and it's basically the same dimensions, sleeve, body and collar. It obviously is very much "regular" for medium and leaves ample room under without being unnecessarily baggy. I'm 178cm and 85kg, wear L in most things for a bit of give and this is in M is perfect. And it's deceptively warm for its weight.
