How can I wash it? The tag on the cap and the Q&A here says "surface cleaning only" but the Arcteryx prooduct page says "Machine wash low." Arcteryx, how can you ship a trail running hat that cannot be washed???

Because of its lightweight construction and bonded brim, machine washing can cause the materials to warp or lose their shape, which is why we recommend gentle spot cleaning instead. I'm a huge fan of the now discontinued Arc'teryx Calvus Cap. How does this Gamma 5 Panel cap compare? The large/extra large in the Calvus fits me very well. Anyone have both and can give a comparison?

Calvus Cap:

Both hats are designed as versatile spring/summer hats for mountain activities, but there are a few differences. The Calvus Cap uses lightweight polyester fabric (Polydel Mesh and Socora™, both 100% polyester), giving it a very breathable and structured feel that's great for high-output activities where airflow is essential.
