The worst buckle

The buckle on this belt is a whopping 46 mm wide and can't be removed without pulling stitches! It literally can't be threaded through the belt loops on ANY pants I own.
What pants is this for!?

L'avantage de cette ceinture, c'est qu'une fois le réglage de la longueur effectué, on n'a plus besoin de le refaire, on clipse pour la fermer et c'est tout. Donc, facilité.
Dans mon cas, au cours de long treks, mon poids peut évoluer et d'ailleurs très fortement, et suivant le port ou pas d'un caleçon épais, la taille n'est plus la même, donc ce n'est pas forcément un avantage.
En plus, tous les pantalons arcteryx en ma possession ont des passants assez larges et les 2 boucles passent très bien, mais pour d'autres pantalons avec des passants ajustés, le passage des boucles peut être moins facile.
Je trouve aussi que la maille utilisée ne donne pas un joli look à cette ceinture.
Finalement, match nul avec la ceinture conveyor.

You shouldn't notice a belt

Dissatisfied with 'active' belts for as long as i could remember, it tool a chance with this one. I was fascinated by the mesh construction and hoped it would be light and airy, in contrast with standard webbing belts. I am very pleased with the Heliad 38 belt. It is indeed light and airy, and yet instills the same confidence in durability we have come to expect from Arc'. The buckle is sturdy and the tail does stay out of the way as its end is attached to a sewn loop. Adjusting the size is more involved, but it stays put once done. The only gripe I have is that getting the 38 through any loops I have can be a chore. I wonder if there is an additional design revision that would make the angular clasp body more streamlined. Far from a deal-breaker. Love this.

Toller Gürtel mit zu dicker Schnalle

Der Gürtel ist sehr luftig und damit perfekt für den Sommer.
Leider ist die schnalle so dick, dass sie bei vielen Hosen sehr umständlich eingefädelt werden muss. Lieber den 32er nehmen, den werde ich zusätzlich noch beschaffen.
Am Flughafen hat der Gürtel leider keinen Vorteil, sobald die neuen Scanner zum Einsatz kommen: Auch Kunststoffgürtel müssen ausgezogen werden.
Die Passform ist genau richtig!
Hosengröße 52 - Medium ist super.
