Question 1

can walking poles be attached

River, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hello Lins, thanks for your question. The Konseal 15 Backpack doesn’t have dedicated attachment points for walking poles, so they can’t be securely fixed to the outside of the pack. If carrying poles is important for your activity, we recommend looking at the Aerios 18 Backpack, which includes proper external carry options and is better suited for hiking setups that require poles.

Question 2

How can I remove the adjustable chest straps?

Helio, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi Joseph, thank you for reaching out. To remove the sternum strap from the Konseal 15 backpack, locate the small plastic toggle clips anchoring the strap to the fabric loops on each backpack shoulder strap. Turn and twist the plastic clip sideways and gently feed the clip backward through the loop until it slips completely free. Repeat this exact process on the opposite shoulder strap to remove the chest strap entirely. If you need any more assistance, feel free to contact our Guest Services department: https://arcteryx.com/us/en/help.
