The photos of black jacket show two different designs. Is the jacket currently for sale the same as the one on the model?

Hi Ivon, thank you for pointing this out. There has been an error with the product photography. The Therme Insulated Jacket does not feature flaps on the pockets. The black colorway should appear the same as the Dark Jade version in terms of design details. The photos will be corrected as soon as possible. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Hello there, thank you for your question about the Therme Jackets. While both the synthetic and down-filled versions of the Therme are designed for harsh winter weather, the down-filled version is generally the warmer option. The Therme Down Jacket contains 97.50 g of down insulation in a size Medium, while the Therme Insulated Jacket utilizes 80gsm Coreloft™ synthetic insulation. Down insulation typically provides a higher warmth-to-weight ratio than synthetic insulation and is a great choice for cold, dry conditions or when warmth and packability are top priorities. Synthetic insulation, such as Coreloft™, is generally more breathable, retains its insulating properties when wet, and dries faster than down, making it a great option for wet conditions or higher-output activities.
