Comfiest pair of long underwear ever!

I bought these because the reviews were great and they really are everything they claim to be! When they arrived, I was skeptical, because they look like a typical pair of leggings. I didn’t think it was possible, but they are more comfortable than that and very thin for wearing underneath other clothing items. It barely feels like you’re wearing anything . I haven’t tested them in really cold weather, but they kept me warm on my hour long walks under a very thin pair of pants at -15°C. I didn’t want anything too warm anyways as I’ll just wear ski pants if it’s that cold. But this is an excellent product that lives up to all the claims. I highly recommend!

TEAR on day 3 of snowboarding with them!

I just bought these and have snowboarded them three days now and when I got home I was super shocked to see that they had a hole on the butt…I couldn’t believe it. Just makes me think the material is not all it’s said to be for the cost that just shouldn’t happen. They fit great and feel amazing on but the tear that happened on only day 3 of riding in them has be very disappointed and I will be returning for a refund or possibly and exchange to try them once more…

Best leggings with touch of warms

They have perfect combination of stretch, staying in place and warms. Used them as base layer under pants, as pajama for camping in cold and they did not cut blood circulation! If you between sizes - size down.

Most comfortable leggings I've worn!

These are likely the most comfortable leggings or base layer pants I have worn. They are my go to for sightly cool temps as they are a bit warmer than the Essent Leggings. I love climbing in them as they fit well, are comfortable for wearing with a harness, and provide plenty of mobility! Also, like the side zip pocket!

Poor quality in fabric

I purchased to replace previous pair. This fabric and quality is not at all to previous years. I think this fabric was a downgrade and hopefully they will replace with their usual quality. Had to return sadly. Also, I purchased a medium as in all other bottoms and they didn’t even fit my daughter who is a size 4. Sizing is way off. If you purchase, order two sizes up. For reference: size 8 or medium in bottoms. Weight 160, 5’8”.

Super Cute. I'm In LOVE with these Pants!

I can't believe how soft and form fitting these bottoms are. Super convenient zipper pocket for bank card or keys. Not to mention my Husband says my butt looks amazing in these pants. (wink wink) You can't miss with a purchase like this! I can't wait to get the pink Rho pants next!!

Excellent fit and comfort

I bought these recently, but can confidently say that this is the best pair of active bottoms I’ve ever had. They fit perfectly over the hips and sit comfortably on the waist. I usually struggle with high waisted bottoms because they are always too loose around my narrow waist and being fairly tall (5”9) mid-waists just don’t work for me. So this pair fits like a glove, offers good compression and stays put perfectly. This might be slightly unorthodox but I use these pants for winter trail running - I love the soft brushed interior that gives just enough warmth during lower temperatures. But if I were to go skiing, I’d happily wear these as a base layer, they feel very smooth.

Not made for ANY activity….

I bought my RHO LT bottoms back in March. Up until this week, I had just worn the tights for lounging or the occasional errand; very light wear. They were so comfortable, I was even considering ordering another pair. Thank goodness I didn’t. For the first time, I wore the pants for actual activity. The first time….and I didn’t make it even halfway up the trail when I got a large hole right in the backside (i.e. my butt). Thank goodness I had a jacket to tie around my waste. What extreme activity had I been doing when the hole occurred? I’d been sitting down. Sitting. It didn’t snag or get caught. Just the light friction from sitting down caused the hole. It was a very uncomfortable 8 miles after that. Since it’s advertised as, “Versatile high performance designs for diverse activities and conditions,” sitting on a rock and sipping water should not have done this. Tights that claim to be, “High performance, minimalist design that is durable for its weight,” should not do this after ONE hike. One! $100 for 6 months of wear. Not worth it. Back to NorthFace I guess.

Poor quality control and no customer service

After two washes the stitching already became fussy. Zipper broke on my third wear. I babied them like no other bottoms (washed inside out, lined dry). They're the worst quality item I've gotten from Arc'Teryx, and I've tried reaching out to customer service twice in the past month with no response. I've had my rho top for ten years, still looks like new, but the new ones just can't compare.

My perfect base

Best base layer ever! These are so soft and stretchy, without feeling compressive. They are notably warmer than most leggings. Great waist band. I love the high waist for coverage under my ski pants, there’s never a layering gap. I’m even loving these as stand alone winter running tights, they’re surprisingly cozy on their own. They do not budge, slide or roll down. The fabric and stitching catches really easily on velcro. Fantastic leggings.

Update: Bought 3 pairs of these part way through ski season. All of them had holes by spring, despite proper care. The 2 green pairs had identical holes in the seam near the crotch, making me think it was a stitching/ quality issue.

A must have

Got these because merino wool always became itchy on my sensitive skin after a day of wearing them. These are absolutely amazing! The are as warm if not warmer than merino and way more comfortable - it's a buttery soft fabric. I got a size S and I am 5'4'' and 120lbs (got XS for the top I'm a 34B fits perfect). I could have fit in the XS but the S fits good! I am short but these fit right above the ankle and I love that. Must have if you like cold weather activities like skiing ! (Love to layer these with the Rho AR for extra warmth at -20 to -30 celsius.

Soft and comfortable

This is a great base layer that I am sure I will wear often throughout the winter season here in Illinois. Pants are super soft inside, yet not bulky at all. They have enough stretch and the nude/pink color is simply beautiful. For reference I am 5’4 and 130 lbs and size small fits perfectly.

Exactly what I was hoping for

Comfortable and soft

I can’t believe how soft they are on the inside against my skin. My skin can’t handle some fabrics from a rash I have on my tights but I can wear these pants all day. Just wear them as tights around town. Thank you so much for making this! Please bring back in navy blue and if you can make another pair without the zip pockets on the side to dress it up a bit. Referred to a friend and she bought it in the green XS size and also love it!

Fabric tore in the first week

I fell in love with these but unfortunately when I went to adjust them they tore at the front of the thigh. My finger basically went right through the fabric, I was pretty shocked, I’d only had them for about a week. Wonderful product but I’m not sure I can say anything good for how it holds up. I’ve contacted warranty so we will see how it goes. Other than that best base layer I’ve tried. So soft against the skin and really retains heat.

Soft and warm

Warm base layer for cold temperatures, during cool weather around 5C I even wore it on its own, it looks and feels perfectly fine as a stand alone piece. I really love the soft texture as my skin is too sensitive to wear very common merino base layers comfortably. My partner also loved them and wanted a pair, but unfortunately, his size has been sold out forever now.

Perfect light weight layer

I have worn these just about every day for the entire winter as my base layer for teaching skiing. The fabric is soft, cozy and keeps my legs and back side at a perfect temp all day. I have used them under shelled pants in wet and dry conditions as cold as 10 degrees F to as warm as 45Degrees F, and have been comfortable in that entire range of temps. I wash warm and dry cool in machine. I have also hung them to dry with good results.

Comfort at it's best

These were exactly what I was looking for. I needed a base layer to wear under pants in the colder weather. These are perfect. They are light weight yet still provide that extra layer of warmth. I needed something that didn't feel bulky. So far I am very happy with them. I love Arcteryx products.

Second Skin!

These pants fit true to size. If you have larger thighs you may want to purchase a size up. Super comfy soft and stretchy. Honestly like a second skin! I wear them alone or as a base layer under second pants whenever it's cold.

Soft, warm, quality

I love these pants. I have not tried them out in the cold yet, but they are so super soft and cozy. I'm 5'6" 123 lbs and originally bought the xs, which did fit but I wanted to make sure I could gain a little extra weight and still be comfy. The small fits fine but I am a little concerned I may have to pull them up frequently when hiking/walking. I'm gonna keep it anyway.
