Love this coat

Bought this coat in store - actually bought it for urban use and in the stone colour it is great for this - I love it! Bulletproof if it rains but looks nice too. Would have bought the darker colour for other purposes eg hiking but it does wash very well

Absolutely love the design and LENGTH of this coat - looks luxurious and maximizes your protection against the rain. It does run large so I sized down (5'5, 130 pounds, usually a S, purchased in XS) and it's still nice and roomy for layering. The Rune colour is divine.

Invinsable in the rain in this jacket. I LOVE how spacious the fit is, I can wear my chunky knit lifestyle sweaters without feeling crammed into a jacket. It also has so many pockets, big fan of pockets. The details like sinched back, customizable hood fit and two-way zip make this lifestyle jacket extra comfy with the tech. Didn't think I would be wearing this jacket as much as I am, but it's just so perfect for everyday Squamish life.

Looks so good

I love this jacket! Yes, it definitely fits large, but this is what I wanted and I purchased in-store so I knew the fit when I bought it. You need to size down to get closer to your regular fit. It’s been a superstar every time I’ve been in wet or windy conditions, and looks great while doing its job. I wear a warm soft shell underneath when it’s cold out.

Excellent shell, slightly oversized

This is a lovely shell jacket, incredibly lightweight and I LOVE the adjustable back where you can add a little more shape by tightening the drawcord. Its not quite a full 5 stars because:
1 - sleeves long and quite baggy, I felt that being able to streamline the waist, the arms looked oversized. I would prefer a slimline sleeve
2 - Wide fit: As a size Small the shoulders were wide on me with the seam about an inch so it looks too big for me. I'd like to try the XS. I wouldn't say I am petite but I usually were between a 4-6.

Great versatile coat with goid looks

Great coat bought for urban use but capable of much more. Love the large upper pockets that can take a full 500ml bottle of water. i am a 12-14 and ended up with the small having tried them out in the shop. If i had wanted to wear an insulating layer underneath i would have needed the M

Excellent city modern rain coat

I will preface this review with the sentiment: I love this coat...for a modern casual city trench. It is by design, with the incorporation of GoreTex, a waterproof and windproof rain coat. It is simply adorable. However, in being offered as a mountain hiking shell, ha, I think not. On any trail worth hiking, the lower half of this coat will catch on stickers or tree and bush branches. C'mon Arteryx let's be real here. What prospective customers are you attempting to entice? Certainly not an authentic athlete. This is a beautiful and functional everyday city rain coat. Period.
