You can buy fabric markers and carefully fill in the logo with a desired color. I don't like seeing ARC'TERYX either, I prefer just the prehistoric lil guy. With a marker, I can make it most invisible.

Agreed! I have the exact same jacket in the same colourway. Wets out very easily but does ultimately keep you dry and returns to the normal colour surprisingly quickly. Picks up a bit of oil and dirt but I find a bit of wear suits this particular colourway and is mostly inconspicuous.s Since purchase it’s become my daily given London’s recent weather. Overall I’m pleased with the purchase but was extremely disappointed with this gortex; not at all a dealbreaker for me personally but definitely feel missold.

This is also my current frustration with Arc'teryx and why I haven't made a recent purchase and have gone to other brands for similar pieces. The XL is ridiculous and outrageously larger than the L size. I think it was a mistake for the newly "revised" versions of many of their jackets to keep their M size the same, but make the smaller sizes smaller and larger sizes larger. Don't understand this.

So here is the final conclusion from Arcteryx, I cannot state hard enough that you should never buy an Arcteryx product and I will neither as well.... The service center where it were send to did not mention anything about wrong washing at all, so Arcteryx just keeps saying their customers are lying, and I'm stuck with a faulty product from Arcteryx side, that they will not make means to! ------ Reply from ------ Thank you for your patience. The length of the arms were long before and worked out fine, this is just bad. This problem is even worse on the new Beta AR as its more loose. As stated earlier I have had several Beta jackets and the new design is just terrible.

Still no answer from the customer service. It is unbelievabel how you let your customers hang. 4 weeks since I wrote you and asked for help. For a jacket in this price range you can at least expect a normale time response
