Nice material but cap is too deep

Great quality and materials but the hat sits too low on the head. The base of the band basically sits on top of my ears. Pretty awkward fit. I have a normal head and have never had this problem with other hats.

Good Hat - Bad Strap Design

Hat fits and feels great. I like the materials and the design. But I'm very confused why the back strap is too short to tuck into the hat sleeve. It just flaps around without anyway to secure it. While I can't see or feel it flapping in the back of my head, it makes me self-conscious that it does.

Needs something to keep the strap from flapping

I've owned a couple of Arc'teryx hats, but this is my favorite. Lightweight and good for warm weather, but it seems durable and keeps its shape. I particularly like this neutral color for the summer.

Awesome performance cap and great for big heads

Nice Hat - Egregious Packaging

You guys should be ashamed for shipping a single small (synthetic material) cap in a huge 21" x 24" plastic bag, in which the cap was in another plastic bag, and even the small insert to keep the hat in shape isn't recyclable. The cap has a decent profile, nice lightweight. I have every reason to expect the usual high Arc'teryx quality. Now just back off on the single-use plastic please!

My Go-To Hat

This is the hat I want to grab anytime I leave the house, its casual with a nice subtle logo, it's lightweight and breathes well. Adjustment at the back is nice and easy to use. Fits nice and snug without pinching anywhere and remains comfortable after a long hike or a full day of wear.

Perfect hat for summer

I have a small head for a man and this is one of the only hats that fits me really well. Not that it wouldn’t fit a larger head for the record, but I don’t have to tighten this all the way to where it looks scrunched in the back. Also light and breathable and very comfortable. Also like the the logo isn’t huge, it’s subtle and fashionable. I bought 2 and I’ll probably buy more.

I have an average size head (55-57) and the hat came down to far on my forehead and had excess material above the ears.
Very disappointed because it checks all other boxes.

Great lightweight hat

Tolle Cap! Bitte mehr Farben!

Die Small Bird Cap ist wirklich eine klasse Kappe. Sie ist ideal zum Wandern, wenn es mal etwas schweißtreibender wird, aber sieht auch ansich gut aus, da sie den Baseballkappen-Look hat.
Sie ist angenehm leicht und passt sehr gut auf meinen Kopf. Auch das Schweißband ist sehr angenehm, was ein Pluspunkt gegenüber der Elaho Cap ist. Ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt ist der hintere Verstellriemen. Er lässt sich leicht verstellen, sitzt aber trotzdem fest und bleibt in Position. Der von der Elaho war viel zu glatt. Ich hoffe, dass Arc'teryx da noch nachbessert.
Die Atmungsaktiv stimmt, sie kann auch leichten Regen ab und auch bei etwas kälteren Temperaturen spendet sie noch ausreichend Wärme.
Es gibt nur zwei Dinge, die ich Bemängeln würde:
1. Die Farbauswahl ist zu gering. Ich mag die Farbe Velvet Sand. Schwarze Caps generell nicht und Wicker finde ich auch ziemlich langweilig, aber Geschmäcker sind ja verschieden. Ich hoffe aber trotzdem, dass noch eine größere Farbauswahl kommt. Orange-, Gelb-, Grün- oder Blautöne wären super!
2. Die Verfügbarkeit. Zumindest hier in Deutschland. Ich hab die Cap über einen Händler bezogen, da sie hier bei Arc'teryx ständig vergriffen war. Auch da hoffe ich, dass Arc'teryx noch nachlegt!
Ansonsten bin ich rundum zufrieden und kann auch mit dem Preis von 40 Euro leben.

Improved design on an already great hat.

I had last year's version which I really liked, but the new one is even better! The Small Bird Hat is really light like a running hat but it has more structure in the crown so it doesn't sit flat on your head. This year's design has a slightly higher more structured crown so Arcteryx has improved on the best feature. The gold logo is embroidered so it looks rich.

Great Cap, this version is a keeper.

As with past experiences with Arc caps, fits my head great. What's new for me is how pliable the crown is, yet it still maintains it form. This is very different from the traditional cap with a hard structure to maintain crown rigidity. This makes the cap feel more form fitting and secure especially during high output activities or against strong winds but maintains that classic cap look. The tpu back strap along with the stretch is spot on.
Future revisions not needed!
My only gripe is how they shipped it, which was in a plastic bag. Shipping carriers don't treat packages gently so my cap came with wrinkles in the crown which seemed they were at least buffered by it's pliability as mentioned before.

Super cap for de fleste aktiviteter.

Jeg kjøpte den forrige utgaven av denne cap’en, denne også i svart.
Jeg har brukt denne cap’en til fjellvandring og jogging, sommer som vinter.
Den er veldig fin til det meste av aktiviteter.
Cap’en har en lav profil, sitter godt på hodet, og blåser ikke lett av i sterk vind. Den sitter faktisk veldig godt på.
Den er myk, så formen på cap’en ødelegges heller ikke selv om den henger utenpå sekken, i tilfelle det skulle bli skikkelig kaldt, og en vil skifte til en lue.Dette har ikke vært en problemstilling for meg personlig, men en vet jo aldri.
Materialet i cap’en tørker veldig lett, selv etter svett joggetur.
Det eneste problemet var at cap’en forsvant fra nettbutikken, og jeg kunne ikke finne den noe sted.
Nå er den heldigvis tilbake, og jeg har bestilt et eksemplar til.
Kan anbefales på det sterkeste.
