Great shell for its intended purpose. For a climbing shell this is a pretty great shell. If youre looking to wear a rain shell out in the city this is probably not the one for you. The jacket is super lightweight and the packability is great. The Jacket runs slightly on the larger end in my opinion. I mostly wear medium in arc shells and this one is a little baggy. It’s good for layering but overall I felt it was a bit “looser” than what I am used too. I tried on the small but it was way too small so I stuck with the medium.

I love this new super light shell. The hadron face fabric is incredibly tough and will not wear out easily. It repels water with the same vigour that we have all come to expect from Arc shells. I used to own the Beta Hadron LT and this is a perfect replacement, but with even more climbing features. It doesn't have pockets around the hip bones so you will not get chaffing with a harness on. It's the perfect shell for summer rock and alpine.

Great lightweight jacket, use it for alpine climbing and ski mountaineering. It runs very big though! I have been a medium in Arc'Teryx for the past 10 years and had to get a small in this for it to feel like all of the other medium jackets I have owned.

The Tatsu color added a stylish touch to the ensemble, earning compliments along the trail. Overall, the Arc’teryx Alpha LT is a stellar performer that lives up to its promises. It’s a reliable choice for adventurers tackling dynamic conditions, providing comfort, breathability, and protection in equal measure.

Great jacket but there’s no pockets for your hands! This is obviously my fault for not paying close enough attention . The jacket is great, it’s so light and pack able, easily toss in a bag and pull out when needed. This jacket just seems versatile. The chest pocket is nice, no pockets on the inside so chest is it. Truly it’s a great jacket and the blue color pops just wish it had hand pockets.

I was looking for a lighter shell to supplement my Beta SV, which I use in cold weather, with something lighter and more form fitting for warm weather. - This fills that gap. If you prefer to have the hip pockets and a little bit quieter material, the beta lightweight may be a better option.
