I have several of these belts in both the regular and the narrow versions. They are great with jeans and any casual pants. Very durable construction. Obviously great to use if you are in the mountain but also good everywhere else you go.?

Belt sizing challenging

Excellent construction. Even the tab at the end that is snug through the buckle is not that big of a deal - gives it a sturdy look. Biggest challenge is sizing. I’m usually a 33, the small is a bit too small and the medium is a tad too long.

Great quality and stylish

This is a very stylish belt. I bought the green colour for my friend’s birthday gift and he likes it a lot. Suggestion for guy’s gift, this is a good choice. That’s why I bought another two with different colours and by the way, they usually have colours in seasons, summer and fall colours. The price is not bad (reasonable), that is another reason that I suggest this is also good choice for guy’s gift (if you don’t have any idea what to get).

I love these—I have three of them!

belt successfully hold up my pants! great, now to the only issue.. if you find yourself needing to use the bathroom rather quickly it’s a bit tricky to get it movin. you better hope you don’t mess up because it’s a intricate process to get this thing undone. if this has happened to you. we’ve all been their and it gets better. except your dignity. that’s long gone. all and all good belt do recommend.

What could be a great belt unfortunately it is not

I purchased this belt, and the buckle is far to small, it takes a mammoth effort to feed the belt through and it far too stiff. I purchased the black belt. It's a struggle to tighten the belt. Sorry Arc'teryx please redesign this and make it softer and easier to tighten up.

Do not buy before reading reviews! Awful design.

My bad for not reading these reviews before purchasing. As others have mentioned, the metal end of the belt is too big; it doesn't pass through the buckle opening without significant effort. If you like the idea of spending an extra 20 seconds each time you undo/re-do your belt, this'll do the trick. O/w, pass on this "belt"; it's just a non-functional length of cloth. I bought it on sale so my purchase was "final". Very disappointed in Arcteryx.

Not fit for purpose - do not buy

The webbing is way too stiff and does not seem to soften months after use, it’s beyond annoying, when using it/adjusting. The belt end with the plastic cap does NOT actually fit through the buckle, you have to wrestle with, what a phaffff- how is that even possible Arc’teryx? Clearly nobody in the design dept tested it !!! Also tensioning it is very very fiddly. Another Arc’teryx “style over function” product. It’s going in the bin as not fit for purpose. Very disappointed as it’s a nice looking belt.

Great belt for the job it’s intended

Picked one of these up from an REI a couple weeks ago. They’re great for anyone who’s looking to carry gear, tools, or weapons on their belt in the wilderness or in an urban environment. Very ridged nylon weave that will not twist or warp or wear out with the use of holsters sheaths or pouches thus making it better than the highest strength reinforced leather on the market. The buckle design is significantly more practical for high weight and carrying exposure than it is for just holding up pants. If you’re looking for a good belt to attach your pieces to, look no further. If you’re looking for a casual wear belt to hold up your pants and serve no other purpose, I’d refer you to the folks who can’t spend a bit of extra time adjusting their belt to fit or who want to wear their t shirts over their belt for some weird reason. This belt isn’t designed to be easy and fun. It’s designed for a purpose. And it does this well.

Great concept, difficultly functioning

I love how industrial this belt looks, but I find it really hard to adjust and isn't compatible with most belt loops. I don't mind wearing it with pants that fit well, but I wouldn't fully rely on them to hold up my baggier style pants. Otherwise, gorgeous hardware, nice weight and the materials are incredible quality.

Not the Same as the Original Version

Webbing and hardware are still top rate, but the customers who complain about the buckle being too small are correct. Someone at Arc'teryx should have worn one for a week to discover this - however, about 10 seconds of sanding the non-buckle end on a belt sander (and then fusing the frayed webbing with a lighter) fixes this permanently.

Not user friendly

Well constructed but very difficult to use. Takes serious effort just to get the end into the 1st part of buckle and just as hard into 2 ND part. Not user friendly at all. Too bad cuz it's a nice looking belt if you can get it on. Also I have a 33 inch waist and the small fits better then me.

Older design was better

I bought a black Arcteryx Conveyor belt back in 2017 and was very happy with this belt. Recently I bought another Conveyor belt and was extremely disappointed with the new design. First of all they made them way too long. Probably to accommodate out of shape fashion consumers now that the brand has blown up. Secondly they changed the size of the buckle. It's very hard to put the end through the buckle and almost impossible to adjust to your desired tightness. All in all I would not recommend this item.

Great Idea, Poor Execution

Have had this belt for over two years now. Super strong but the problem is the buckle- it sticks out way too much. It looks silly with a tshirt over it or anything not extremely loose. It’s a huge buldge just above your cortch

A tricky item

My belt has not seen a lot of use yet so I expect it to get a bit more soft and easier to use. As of now it is stiff as hell and takes time and effort to adjust compared to a normal leather belt. Also the sizes of the tip of the belt and the buckle clearly are not the best match as one needs to use a bit of force to get the tip through the buckle and the whole things becomes a hassle - I mean its a belt, it wouldn´t beed to be :) Also the lenght of the belt is too long regarding the given size (M)

Best belt ever!

I’ve worn this belt for 2 years every single day. Levi’s at work and shorts on my days off. I loosen it when I feel bloated and tighten it when I stand. So easy and so well supported. I’d buy another one before they go away for ever but I’m pretty sure this thing is gonna last anothe 5-10 years. Forms to my body and has never come loose on me ever. Stays tight. Every body fluctuates through out the day so if it’s loose I pull and it’s tight if it’s tight a simply loosen. Durable as all heck. Can’t be more than impressed

Find Another Belt

I had a previous version of this belt and loved it and wanted a black version. The latest version is a smaller buckle and for some reason are different lengths than past versions. The Small I previously had was a perfect fit so I ordered that. The new one is not the same length as the previous version's small. So I returned it and got a Medium and that one is way too long. It's crazy that they would change the sizes. Now I need to find a new go to belt.

Its not used so often as of yet so I do not know of future, but currently it fits on well on my waist and it doesnt get deformed like the usual leather belts do. It stays where you tuck it. So I find it useful. I purchased size 38, my waist is 36, so the end is around 4-5 inch long. So you may choose accordingly.

Nice beefy belt

I’ve got a few of these belts from Arc’teryx. Each and every one is terrible when new. I’ve learned to work them by just bend rolling it near the end so it’s more pliable. Once broken in they work nicely. I haven’t had any problems with tension slippage. It seems the wider the belt, the longer they are, not sure why the quality control allows this to happen on belts whereas the majority of the product line has very consistent sizing.

Calidad buena, pero...

La calidad de los materiales es muy buena, pero tengo un cinturón anterior en otro color, negro, y el tejido es más manejable y la hebilla funciona mejor, ya que en este modelo nuevo es más pequeña y cuesta más pasar el cinturón por la hebilla. El color no coincide con el de la descripción, es más bien ocre, como el de la medida 32mm. El cinturón es 2 cm más corto, pesa más que el anterior. Lo recomiendo por la calidad, pero cuidado con los colores. Mejor el modelo anterior.

The new belt is difficult to use

I have a few of these belts. I bought another one last month. Compared to my other belts, it is a little different in buckle shape and belt length. See the pictures. The green belt is the old one. The black one is the new one. They are both size small. However, the new belt is difficult to use. It needs extra 3 to 5 seconds to put it on and take it off. It seems the belt buckle should be a little bigger or the belt end/tip should be smaller.
