did not meet expectations

-Gore-Tex yet my hands were soaked within two hours in the snow (not even rain)
-there is no system to keep the gloves from sliding down
-disappointed in my cold and wet hands although I love arcteryx

No turn as advertised

Size goes smaller than usual. I am trying to start a return on the day of receiving the order but arcteryx website won’t let the return be started so I had to contact customer service. Customer service was very nice but take days to reply to an email, the. she told me arcteryx won’t be covering the return shipping but they cant generate a return label. Like what??? I live in a city that has no Arcteryx store and the return guarantee does not stand true.

High performing, short, durable, warm gloves

I've had these gloves for several years, in an orange color no longer offered. They are permanently paired with a heavy parka I take ice fishing, a task very well suited to taking these shorter style gloves on and off over and over, and in routinely wet conditions well suited to Gore-Tex liners. I also apply leather balm wax to the leather portion each year to keep them happy, as they are now about 7-8 years old and still in excellent condition, well broken in with my hands. I would absolutely recommend these for winter outdoor enthusiasts, and will replace them some day as necessary.

I have been using these gloves for about six weeks, hoping they will improve, but not yet. The first day I used them my hands froze all day, but I chalked this up to the gloves being new and stiff. They fit it too tight and although I hoped that with time they would work into my hand's curvature, they have not yet done this. I had high hopes for these to become my daily, as they looked great, but they don't work for me and I will have to retire them.

Great gloves

These have quickly become my favourite pair this season. They are not very bulky, fit well, and keep my hand warm up to -20c on low output activities . Oddly I find them way warmer than my older Arc’teryx gloves. I bought the XL as I often have a hard time finding gloves that fit and they are great. The Velcro closure does take a bit to adapt to, but I got the hang of it pretty quickly. Durability as well seems good so far, fingers crossed. Would recommend.

overall great glove.

I use this glove for skiing. Have worn them in 20-30 degrees F and the have kept my hands and fingers warm. I do leak the leash system. They are a little bit too long for my taste, but it is not a big issue.
