does sizes run small in this model?

Seymour, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi Jacobo, thanks for reaching out. The Kopec GTX Shoe fits true to size and features a wide toe box to support natural toe splay. To ensure the best fit, we recommend using our sizing chart with your measurements to find the right size for you. Alternatively, you can order two sizes, try them on at home, and take advantage of our free returns to keep the one that feels just right. We hope this helps!

Question 5

Can it be used in summer with temperatures above 35 degrees Celsius? I'm asking about the GoreTex

Seymour, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi Eduardo, thanks for reaching out. The Kopec GTX Shoe can absolutely be used in these temperatures. That said, the GORE-TEX version of the Kopec Shoe is designed to be waterproof in shifting terrain. If you are looking for a more breathable shoe, we recommend the non-GORE-TEX version. We hope this helps!

Question 6

How can I clean this shoe?

Seymour, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. We recommend surface cleaning the Kopec GTX Shoe using water and, if needed, a small amount of mild detergent. Gently scrub the shoe with a soft brush or sponge to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using harsh cleaners, bleach, or placing the shoes in a washing machine, as this can damage the materials and waterproof membrane. For more information, we recommend visiting our Product Care page for more information on cleaning footwear: https://arcteryx.com/us/en/help/product-care/wash-dry-everything-else/

River, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hello there, thank you for sharing this feedback about the Kopec GTX Shoe. We’re sorry to hear that the laces have been coming undone, we know how disruptive that can be when the rest of the shoe is working well for you. Our footwear team continually reviews guest input as we refine materials and components, and notes like yours are especially helpful when we evaluate future lace designs and updates. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and we’ll be sure this is passed along to the appropriate team.
