Micon 32背包

I’ve had this bag for a season and a half now. It’s taken some spills, and tumbles on snow of a variety of quality and done many miles of snowshoeing, snowboarding snowmobiling . It’s kept my gear dry and it’s comfortable to wear even when it’s fully loaded and heavy! I like that my snow shovel fits inside, and still has plenty of room for other gear. However the durability is underwhelming. It has multiple holes in fabric, on of the d loops is also coming undone. Oh and a seam is somehow separating. I’ve had to make field repairs (which I’m sure isn’t going to be covered under warranty) to keep my gear dry on the inside. See pictures. I am trying to ride it out until the season is over, and hopefully it can be repaired, but for the price, I was expecting a little more durability. I’m worried it isn’t even going to make it the full season. I’ve never owned anything from arcteryx before but I was expecting a little more durable?

I use the Micon 32 for daily ski touring trips. I also combine the ski touring with short rock ascents or ice faces. Therefor it has the perfect size and accessibility. The only thing wich is inconvinient are the straps to fix the skis. If not used, they‘re hard to tightend.

Pleasantly surprised by this pack! My old day pack needed an upgrade after years of wear and tear so I decided to try out the Micon 32. I am blown away by how light it is and the durability of the material. I spend a lot of time smashing through trees and slamming into rocks, so I need a pack that protects itself as well as my gear inside. As a ski/snowboard photographer, I am always having to get creative with carrying camera gear and I feel like this kept everything nice and secure. A semi-rigid backplate holds the structure in place whether the bag is filled to the brim or just for a quick daily carry. The roll top is a great way to keep the snow out when having to get into the main compartments, and the side zips provide quicker access to the same areas. My only complaints with this bag are the absence of a few smaller pockets, and an opening for a bladder hose/radio cable.

Good pack. I would like to buy extra compression straps for it. They were available last year but I missed them. That is why I am docking a star. I don't always have a full pack.

It's very comfortable and well fitted, I like that it almost fucntions as a dry bag i.e. extremely water resistant. I am yet to try it for touring (waiting for snow :) ) but have used in a couple of hikes in very wet weather conditions.

I bought it the bag this year and have not had a chance to go skiing with it. So far only used it for day-to-day things, a bit of cycling and hiking. Pros: - Light - Some might argue with me but considering how minimal and sparsely padded it is. I find it relatively comfortable and supportive. - When it is done up correctly it can be very stable on your body when moving. - Lots of access. - Load lifters and waste strap work well for me. - Decent in the rain - Most of the material seems pretty durable but time will tell. - Good lash points - Looks good -........ Cons / suggestions: - The waist straps are way too long, can get in the way and caught on things. They need somewhere to be secured to, tuck into or to be cut. (Any suggestions?) - I like that the padded waist straps provide some articulation. But it would be less awkward when you put the bag on if they were secured better so they don't flop all over the place and look like a tail. - Needs bottom compression straps that don't fall off. - The side zipper access is nice but it's not accessible without undoing the roll top and top side compression strap. This could be solved by starting the zippers farther down or having a two-way zipper. - For wet things like skins and avi equipment. Shouldn't there should be a drain hole at the bottom of the avi compartment like there is on the rest of the Arc'teryx touring bags? - Having the lash points is handy. It would be great if there was an accessory side mesh pocket for holding a water bottle and other things maybe integrated into a compression strap.
