Instead, the design features two external pockets positioned higher on the chest. These pockets replace standard hand pockets and are intentionally placed to ensure they remain accessible while wearing a harness. Hi Teddy, thank you for reaching out. The Serratus Hoody features our standard regular fit and fits similarly to many of our GORE-TEX shells, including the Alpha SV. That said, GORE-TEX shells generally fit slightly roomier to accommodate layering underneath. The Alpha SV will feel a bit more roomy than the Serratus Hoody. For comparison, here are the key measurements for a Men's size M (our base size):

Serratus Hoody:
Chest Width: 118.5cm
Waist Width: 111cm
Center Back Length: 76cm

Alpha SV Jacket: 
Chest Width: 123cm
Waist Width: 115cm
Center Back Length: 78cm

Hello there, the Serratus Hoody doesn’t pack into its own pocket, but it can be packed into its own hood for easier stowing. That said, packability isn’t its primary feature, so it may not compress as tightly as some other jackets. When packed, it’s roughly the size of a shoe. While it doesn’t have a built-in attachment for a harness, you could secure it externally with a carabiner or strap if needed.
