I’m 199 cm (6'6") with a 91 cm sleeve. My hips, waist, and chest are at or below the XL limit - would XL or XXL be the better fit?

I need a jacket that would mainly be used for backcountry skiing (prob as a 3rd layer) but also a bit for ski alpinism (nothing crazy since I'm starting). What would you recommend ? (I own a mammut goretex but it's super light and not for cold weather.)
