Summer activity top

I love wearing long sleeves for most activities. This top has been my go to for hiking, running and biking all Summer. It keeps me protected from the sun, there is no rubbing if I am wearing a pack or vest and its breathable so I don't feel like the sleeves are overkill on the hot days. The new style is more fitted so I went with a large ( black and white) and then tried an xlarge in orange to see if I like the bagger fit. Although it was a looser fit the xl had a lot longer arms.

Less stretchy fabric, smaller size

I have a long sleeve shirt from a previous season, it is lightweight, stretchy and comfortable. This new version is only lightweight. It’s has no give nor is it comfortable even though I bought the same size as previously. It was so tight across my chest - I had to send it back. Buy a size up if you have any chest at all.

The Taema models are all made of Phasic™ LT material however the Taema Crew LS has a fitted fit, compared to the other silhouettes which are regular. If you wish for a more regular fit, we recommend sizing up.

I have one of these from last year or year before and this one seems a little bit more fitted so I opted for size M. Still the same great material and feel. I will be wearing it during summer hikes for sure.

Missing the former style

I adore the former Taema style t-shirts so much that I own 5 different colours. I was excited to see this long sleeve style so I ordered right away. Sadly the sizing is significantly smaller than the previous model. It’s going back as it feels at least two sizes too small. For reference a wore a medium comfortably in the old style. I could barely get the new style’s “medium” over my shoulders.
