Gamma长裤 女装

I've taken my Gamma pants (in Velocity) on multiple climbing trips -- both sport and bouldering -- and they are my favorite pair of climbing pants. They are stretchy at the knee, have an adjustable waist, comfortable even with a harness on, and I'm not worried about them ripping or snagging on rock. They run a little long on me, but I appreciate that they're easy to roll up and they have a cinch at the bottom of the legs.

I’ve had a good experience of the gamma pant, bought for alpine climbing and environmental work. Whilst they’re a brilliant hiking and climbing trouser, I really wish they offered the women’s equivalent of the Gamma Guide pant that has recently been discontinued. It used the Burly 2.0 fabric which was super hard wearing, more water resistant and had the reinforced panelling that made them great for ski touring. Please please bring out a women’s pair or at least the men’s so I don’t have to borrow my partners with a belt!!

These pants are comfortable and true to size. I ordered a size 8R for my height of 1.62 meters, and they fit perfectly without feeling too long. I also noticed invisible mud stains after walking in the rain. The Yukon color looks even better in person! Carrying a cell phone in the pocket may feel too heavy while walking.

Perfect pant for hiking, climbing and really anything outdoors. The material is lightweight and has a really good stretch for movement. The size runs true to size. I was able to wear a light base layer underneath and movement was not restricted at all. Zipper good, buckle is good. Great side pocket for my phone. Love the color. I wore these for a ferrata climb in Norway, Trolltunga. They were absolutely perfect. When I returned home, i purchased the same pant in two other colors. Great quality for the price!

I bought these pants for my through Himalayan trek in August 2024. They were the only spare pants i was carrying. The first day i wore these pants, the front button snapped and came off. I had to complete my 14 days high altitude trek with a safety pin holding my pants together. You are an adventure clothing company, very highly disappointed with the quality of the item. I raised a service request with you guys and was told to ship the item at my cost. Drove 20 miles to your Short hills, NJ store to be told that they are not authorized to ship service request items. I really expected much better quality and better customer service being such a long time customer of Arcteryx!

Terrific cut and overall fit (they allow plenty movement and flexibility while hiking). The material is extremely soft and the double stitching and partially hidden zippers denote attention to tailoring details, which I am quite impressed by as compared to others in the same price range. I particularly appreciate that the logo is conspicuous: I have not bought clothes at times because I do not like to be a walking advertisement or worse yet a bragging user of more expensive clothes.

I ordered this new style and returned right away. I need two pairs of these pants for winter hikings, but I really don't like the style and belt design of these revised Gamma Pants. I constantly search for inventories of older version, but not much luck so far...

I’ve had the Gamma Pant for three winters. They are my go-to pant for ice climbing, alpine rock and any adventure that will require me to be in mountains for multiple days, because they are the perfect balance of breathable, dexterous and water resistant. They layer well with a thin base if it’s chilly, or with a shell over the top if it’s super wet. Aside from a few small crampon punctures, the pants are still in excellent condition. After my first season of ice climbing with the Gamma Pant, my partner was jealous and got a pair for himself.

The pant is true to size. I wear it for hiking and other outdoor activities. This is the most versatile pant that I have had. Weather resistant. I wish they could have more colors to choose.

I have an older pair of Gamma pants, from around 2019. They are my favourite pants for cool-weather hiking and general life all winter. I've been wanting a second, not-black pair for some time and finally ordered a pair in Dark Stratus--a lovely colour. I ordered the same size as my old ones, 4S. But...although the waist fits me the same, the inseam is now longer! Too long by about 4 cm. And the baggy-leg style is definitely not what I expected. They don't look baggy on the model.

Amazing, really like the revised waistband adjuster. The stratus colour is beautiful. Perfect leg fit - not too wide and not too tight.

Pros: fabric, pockets, ankle cinch, colors. Cons: they look like mom jeans. Super high waist (mostly for short people like me) which creates bagging at the crotch and in the back there is just so much extra fabric at the waist and it practically hits my braline. The belt is also odd in that you tighten it from the side. I have been trying every Arc'teryx pant release the last 3 years to use on my hikes/backpacking trips and every single one has been this high waisted trend that looks ridiculous on me. Please bring back a lower rise (like 8-9") for the short versions at least. Maybe these work great for tall people but I need hiking clothes too and I love your brand. It's one of the few that makes smaller sizes and shorter inseams. There is just way too much fabric bunching in all the wrong places and it is really unflattering. My Palisade pant from way back when fits much better but would be improved with the Gamma design. I would love a new pair to use in canvas and black colorways.

These are the best summer soft shell pants I had in a while! I use them in the mountains in alpine terrain while guiding and they are durable, water-resistant/ quick drying and warm enough for snow travel and cold climbing conditions. I would LOVE to see these pants in the exact same cut and colors in a lighter version, more applicable for summer rock climbing, similar to all the options that men have at Arcteryx!

I wear my Gamma Pants arguably too much, but there’s so great for so many situations. To work, bouldering, hiking, camping, traveling. I love that they are water resistant, have good pockets, and look good!

Love these!! I am 5'9 and the regular length fits me perfectly. I just wished the snap button at the waist was more sturdy because my pants keep unbuttoning when I crouch down quickly like when lifting a box.

These are flattering, comfortable, light to mid weight and have some stretch which is very welcome! Look nice enough to wear dress-casual, in my book.

I own the old version of these pants in 3 colors but I'm immediately returning the new ones. I know fit is subjective, but the new design is such a departure from the old one that anyone who is happy with the previous version won't like these, and anyone who gets the new one is getting an inferior product for a higher price. Pros: The material is the same water resistant, durable, and breathable fabric that I love. I find it's perfect for shoulder season in the PNW and even good in the winter with a base layer. I've done a ton of bushwhacking in them and they always come out unscathed. It still feels soft against my skin and it looks sleek enough to wear to work or lounge around in. I love the synch at the bottom of the legs to protect from things getting into my boots and to transition between a more casual look. Cons: The new fit is just off and it's no longer flattering to athletic builds. The stitching in the butt has a very specific pointed shape near the top so it's less accommodating to multiple body types than the old version. I can see and feel the seams scrunching up on me instead of laying flat and smooth. Theres also way too much room in the legs without any sort of shaping or tapering, and I say that as someone who has thunder thighs and appreciates some extra material. I also think the new belt is lower quality than the old one. The old buckle was a metal hook and this one is just a plastic stopper. From experiences with similar thin belts on other pants, it won't hold up well.

Please bring back the old style! These fit way too large in the legs and seem to have less stretch. Not flattering at all. The old style adjustable belt is also so much better! Thanks for finally making a tall inseam in a size 4 but please bring back the old style!

I am updating my earlier review now that I have had time to wear the revised version. I also own the original version. What I like about the revised version: As with the original, the fabric in the revised version performs well in dry or wet, rainy weather conditions and holds up well through muddy/wet, sometimes prickle bush lined trails here on Vancouver Island. I also like that I can layer leggings under them in the colder months, as is during the shoulder seasons and I can cinch up the bottoms in summer, making this a durable, all season piece. If I had to choose 3 pieces of Arc'teryx clothing, this would be on the list along with the Atom jacket and Beta shell. What I like about the original version: The design. The leg is less tapered and the result is a more tailored looking and feeling pant rather than simply a functional one. The Arc'teryx logo belt elevated the Gamma pant to my absolute favourite hiking pant for its function as well as its design. I hope in the future, Arc'teryx designers will consider bringing these elements back.

Bought these at another retailer but had to review here. I am have a smallish frame (5"4, 125 lbs) but have a large butt which Arc'teryx doesn't design for. After I went up two sizes from my usual size the fit was awesome, absolutely love the draw cord on the bottom hem and the waist belt to account for my sizing up. However, the fabric is unbearably loud!! You would hear me swishing from a mile away...please find a quieter fabric! I sadly had to return.
