Question 1

Hey you anwered my question if it fits a 13 in macbook but i am wondering if there is a sleeve inside the backpack that would fit it. (doesnt have to be a padded sleeve)

Amelie, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hello there, thank you for your question. The backpack does feature an internal laptop sleeve that can accommodate a 13-inch laptop. However, please note that the sleeve does not have a soft padded lining and instead uses a rigid framesheet for structure and support. For additional protection during transport, we recommend using a separate protective laptop sleeve. We hope this helps.

Question 2

Does this bag fit a 13 inch macbook?

Rick, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hello there, thank you for your question. A 13-inch laptop can fit inside the Verro 20 Backpack. However, please note that the pack does not feature a padded laptop compartment, so we recommend using a protective laptop sleeve for additional protection during transport. We hope this helps.

Question 3

How malleable is this backpack? That is if you don't pack it full is it able to sit flatter or is it always puffed up.

Rick, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hello there, thank you for your question. The Verro 20 Backpack has a semi-rigid construction. If the pack is empty, you can expect some drape in the fabric, but it will not collapse completely flat. The back panel structure helps the pack maintain its structure, so the back of the pack will retain its shape rather than folding over on itself. We hope this helps.

Question 4

Are they waist straps removable by any chance?

Joseph, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hello there, thank you for your question about the Verro 20 Backpack. The waist straps are not removable. They are integrated into the backpack's design to help provide stability and support while carrying loads. We hope this helps!

Question 5

Looks like the inside has a strap for a water bladder but I don’t see any external hole for the straw to be fed through?

River, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hello Ashley, the Verro 20 does have an internal strap to secure a hydration reservoir, but it does not include an external port for routing the hose.

Question 6

Hello, just wondering if this bag would fit a 16” MacBook Pro by any chance?

River, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hello Henry, thanks for reaching out. Based on the measurements of the Verro 20 Backpack, a 16" MacBook Pro would not fit comfortably. The pack’s internal length is approximately 45.5 cm, which is long enough, but the width measurement of 23 cm is too narrow for a 16" MacBook Pro, which is about 35 cm wide. Even with soft structure and slight flex, the laptop would exceed the available width by a significant margin, so it wouldn’t slide in properly or safely.
