Bonnet Bird Head

Bought in in the amazing light blue colorway and couldn‘t be happier with it. The material fits so soft and light but still leaves your head beeing warm in those cold winter days. Besides beeing a little overpriced its the perfect beanie for everyone!

Gifted my last toque to a friend who was going on a trip and didn’t have good winter gear. So this was a replacement item for me. The new version is a bit thinner than the old; just fyi to anyone who has owned an older model of this. Still a nice cap. I do wish arcteryx would up the wool % tho.

The design is lovely but this hat is not for people with big heads, it was way too small on my head (for reference my head size is ~61cm which is very big) and I had to return it, even my sister with a head maybe like 8cm smaller than mine complained about the hat being too tight on her head. I ended up returning it.

Not as shown in photos, a bit too small and the upper sewing on top of the hat is not the same as the photos. Seems to «stick» out a bit…

The toque is very small. Should have an option to buy a larger variant.

This beanie is hella nice and hella soft. The wool is really soft and it looks amazing. I got the black one and I gotta cop another colour way.

Feels like I have a baby polar bear wrapped around my head. So tight and cozy

Stylish, nicely designed. Love the extra fleece inside the toque like a headband around the head and keeps my ears warm.

Not enough that it has also become significantly more expensive. Today I had my new one in Tatsu/Yukon for the first time and received mine with a clear and obvious blemish. Wore it briefly this morning and immediately had three fluffs. I am really, really disappointed. It's not my first beanie from Bird Head. But it's definitely the beanie that shows that the brand is no longer what it used to be and what it stood for. I already noticed about 2 years ago that the quality is no longer the same and the prices are constantly going up. But I haven't had that myself yet and I really have a lot of Arc'teryx. For every day and for my mountain sports. At the beginning I was a bit surprised about the feedback on the Arc'teryx website, because I haven't bought almost anything in the last 2 years. Only with my Thorium parka was a bit surprised about the zip. But now this hat has been added. A real shame. The cost and sustainability give me enough reason not to send the hat back. If I had bought it in the store and got a new one for it, I would have returned it straight away. As it is, I'd rather leave it and just use it until it's completely broken and reminds me of what a great brand Arc'teryx used to be and how happy I was with it for years. Now I'm just super disappointed.

I love this hat. It is the best hat I’ve ever owned. It’s a great combination of wool and synthetic materials, providing great breathability and warmth when your moving or static. I would highly recommend this hat.

I love this hat, it is so stylish and I love the non-bulky fit. I am a woman with an average sized head and it fits great, so if you're in my demographic it likely won't be too small like others are mentioning. I feel as though it is great quality. It's got a nice double forehead layer and is knit well.

I bought this because I really like the color way and style but it was way too small. I feel like there should be size options (S/M and L/XL) instead of the OS. Gave it to my sister.

Out of the bag, weave is clearly not as tight as previous editions, and received mine with a clear and obvious blemish. I thought I would be ride or die Arc’Teryx, but this is the third or fourth in a string of purchases that have been sub-par. I’m saddened to say Arc’Teryx is clearly going downhill.

Warm, cool design but too tight on my head. Maybe the sizes got smaller when they were sold. China I believe?

I freakin love this thing, I lost it for a couple days and I was freaking out. I found it and have never been happier, this beanie is elite.

I have about 10 other winter hats and this one is by far my favorite. It fits on my head perfectly and the inside of the hat is fleece lined. The embroidered logo is a lot a hit.
