Question 1

Hi it says there are 3 different lengths, but I am struggling to order anything other than regular?

Seymour, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi Andy, thanks for reaching out. At this time, the tall and short inseam lengths of the Cronin Cotton Pant are only offered in the Black colourway. Stock will fluctuate as we move through the seasons. We recommend subscribing to the Arc'teryx newsletter for up-to-date information on products, or looking to authorized Arc’teryx retailers for any additional item availability. We hope this helps!

Question 2

Hi, i am 190cm tall. What size should i order? Normally i use 32x34. I see there is no long versions available in the new colors.

Helio, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi there, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, at this time, there are no tall or short inseam options for these pants in the Bracken and Cloud colourways. It’s difficult to recommend a size for the Cronin Cotton Pants based solely on your height. The best way to find the right size is to compare your body measurements with the sizing chart on the product page. Please note that we offer free shipping and free returns within our authorized return window, so you’re welcome to order multiple sizes, try them on at home, and return any that don’t work—completely free of charge.

Question 3

Will any of the new colours come in a tall leg length please? I can only see the black available currently.

River, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hello George, thank you for your question! At the moment, the Cronin Cotton Pant in Tall length is only available in Black, and we don’t have confirmed details yet regarding whether upcoming seasonal colours will also be offered in Tall. Our product assortments can evolve as new drops roll out, so we recommend keeping an eye on the collection as fall styles begin to launch.

Question 4

Why are short leg lengths so rare? They are already unavailable upon the launch of your new seasonal collections. I can purchase a regular size and take off two inches from the bottom but I can’t reposition the articulated knee.

River, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hello there, thanks for reaching out and for sharing this feedback. Short leg lengths are produced in smaller quantities, and they often sell out quickly when new seasonal collections launch because demand for those specific inseam options is highly concentrated. At this time, the Cronin Cotton Pant isn’t offered in a Short length, and while a regular inseam can be hemmed, we understand that you can’t reposition the articulated knee, which is an important part of the fit and performance. Your feedback is genuinely valuable, it helps our team evaluate future size‑range expansions so we can better support guests who rely on S and T lengths.

Question 5

¿Los nuevos colores del pantalón cronin van a tener talla S de largo? Que los pantalones tenga talla S es una de las cosas que más me interesa de su marca. Y cada vez parece que hay menos modelos con talla S o T.

River, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Question 6

Question 7

Are these pants too warm for temperatures around 25°C? Also, how do they compare in warmth and overall durability to the Kragg Cotton Pant?

Isaac · Accepted Answer

Frankly, it depends on if you run warm or cold. I have 2 pairs of these pants and have hiked in 95F weather with no issue. Likely because I'm comfortable in extreme heat. But these pants never contributed to overheating or uncomfortability due to heat, sweating or chafing. They're on the thicker heavier side but i also wear Carhartt and Dickies and they don't really compare in terms of ruggedness or weight.

Question 8

Hi, I'm wondering what's the front rise measurement for this pant and the kragg pant thanks!

Luna · Accepted Answer

Hi there, thank you for your question! The front rise of the Cronin Cotton Pant in size 32 is 25.5 cm, and the front rise of the Kragg Cotton Pant in size 32 is 24.5 cm. We hope this helps!

Question 9

I’m not sure if I should order a size 32 or 30. According to the size chart I am right between sizes. However I tried on a pair of gamma pants and 32 was the right fit. Which size should I order?

Seymour, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi Connor, thanks for reaching out. Since the waist width is the same between the Cronin Cotton Pant and the Gamma Pant (86.0 cm), we would recommend going with your true 32 waist. The Cronin Cotton Pant comes in multiple inseam lengths, so we recommend checking your inseam measurements against our sizing chart to find the best length for you. We hope this helps!

Question 10

I wear a 31Wx32L usually, what size do you recommend?

River · Accepted Answer

Hello there, since the Cronin Cotton Pant features a relaxed fit, we’d recommend trying a size 30 or 32, both could work depending on your preferred fit. The relaxed cut offers extra room through the hip and thigh, so sizing up slightly in the waist should still feel comfortable without feeling too loose. We offer free returns within 30 days, so if you’re unsure, feel free to order both sizes and return the one that doesn’t work. For the most accurate fit, we also suggest referring to our sizing chart and comparing it with your body measurements.
