Good product, disappointed in handling

The fleece lining is amazing. Keeps wind out without overheating my head.
Only downside was the item had couple spots where stitching was already out and pulled. On the front side too. Very disappointed. Hoping they do a better job in the warehouse so item doesn't get damaged.

Dissappointed

Within less than 30 days, the fabric developed a pull. The pull became a small 1/4" hole in the outer shell of the Toque.
I attempted to engage the warranty, but to no avail as I purchased this at a reseller. Customer service was extremely responsive, but not willing to stand behind their product though. Just my experience, others may be different.

I want to state this purchase was completed at an authorized dealer, Galvanic in Cape May, NJ. It seems every time I respond, there is an excuse. Stand behind your product.

Smaller than expected

On the smaller side. I think I have an average head size, and it just doesn’t fit. It’s more of an insulated skull cap. The pics show a two-ply around the ear area, but not the one I received. Afraid about what happens after I washing it.

Nice fitting toque

Great fitting for a large dome. Most of the Arc hats fit me weird or like a swimmers cap. This is perfect. Definitely quality. Would be 5 stars, however I’m not very confident it’ll keep my head super warm on sub zero days.
