If I’m between two sizes, (I’m usually size 7.5) should I go up or down?

Hello there, the Postour Boot fits fairly true to size, but with a touch of snugness, so if you’re between sizes, like a 7.5, we definitely recommend going up to the next half size. You’ll get a more comfortable feel, a bit more room through the forefoot, and the boot will still stay nicely secure thanks to its integrated slipper construction. It’s an awesome recovery‑focused piece, and going up a half size really helps it shine. We hope this helps!

Do they come in a size 11 ?

Hello there, thank you for your question about the Postour Boot. This boot is currently available up to a women's size 10 and does not come in a size 11. We will be sure to pass along your interest in expanded sizing to our design team, as feedback like this helps us better understand what our community is looking for. We hope this helps!

What’s the temperature rating of the Postour Boots? Are they suitable for temperatures as low as −30°C ?

Hello Arin, thank you for your question. The Postour Boot is designed as a warm, insulated recovery boot for use around base camp, winter travel, and time spent outdoors in snowy conditions. It features Coreloft insulation, a GORE‑TEX overboot, and a Vibram Arctic Grip outsole for traction on icy surfaces. However, we do not rate our footwear for specific temperatures, as comfort can vary significantly depending on factors such as activity level, weather conditions, sock choice, circulation, and individual preferences. For this reason, we cannot confirm suitability for temperatures as low as -30°C. We recommend referring to our layering guide for additional tips on staying warm in cold conditions: https://arcteryx.com/ca/en/shop/layering-guide/. We hope this helps.

I have a trip to Japan coming up this winter and I was wondering how these are to walk around in? do they feel loose around the ankles or are they snug enough that they stay with you when you walk? Also, I am about a Womens 7.5, do you recommend sizing up

Hello there, that sounds like an amazing winter trip to Japan, and these boots are great for that kind of easy, everyday walking. They do have a looser, more relaxed fit since they’re designed for recovery, so they won’t feel structured around the ankle, but the integrated slipper helps keep your foot in place and gives you a bit more control as you move. If you’re usually a women’s 7.5, most guests stick with their regular size, unless you prefer a roomier feel for travel days. Enjoy your trip to Japan!
