Well Rounded Soft Shell

I have only owned this shell during the summer months in Ontario, but so far it has performed perfectly. The fit and silhouette of the jacket is beautiful and the material feels great on your skin. Very breathable and performs well.

Good soft shell for outdoor activities

Good quality. It came with a strange smell when first open bags. After hanging few days the smell disappeared. Not quite sure if this is normal for a new cloth.

Ich habe das Teil seit einem Monat und konnte es schon bei Wind und Wetter verwenden. Das Softshell ist leicht, winddicht und auch mit Abstrichen Wasserabweisend.
Kleiner Wermutstropfen, das mit dem atmungsaktiv ist eher mit Abstrichen realisiert.

Love the Gamma MX, the previously LT and now the lightweight. The lightweight will be used for hiking during summer in the mountains, but wear it already. There will be changing conditions: sun, wind rain, snow. The Arcteryx Alpine Academy in Chamonix begin July will be a good test 😀🗻🚶🥾, I am confident.

Fits perfectly and love the material!

I just received this today and was initially concerned about the fit but it fits amazing. The material is stretchy and great for the summer or rainy weather. Perfect for the airplane or even warm weather to fall/spring type weather. Length is ideal and like the pockets and drawstrings

By far the best jacket I've ever owned!

This jacket is absolutely perfect for backpacking, touring the city or even for the harsh weather. Of course this jacket does not handle rain that well, but it's not supposed to either. This jacket is a really lightweight and small to pack, but performs extremely well.
I've always used a Gore-Tex jacket, but the problem for me has always been the fact, that Gore-Tex just does not breathe that well. I've found myself on a mountain at 5 degrees Fahrenheit with a completely frozen Gore-Tex jacket after a harsh and sweaty climb up. This jacket will never do that.
If you have something for the rain, this jacket will handle everything else. For me this jacket is perfect!

Light weight but tough

I bought this as my signature jacket when I am guiding clients as an International Mountain Leader. It is super light weight but performs like a much heavier jacket. I love wearing it as my first layer over my base layer, just to keep the chill off, a gilet on top makes a great combination.

I'm very happy that I got this hoody. It is lightweight without feeling flimsy. It has a little bit of stretch but not too much. It has a nice silhouette, slim but not too skinny. The hood is just right. It doesn't stick out or flop around too much. It's great for chilly days with a light mist. I definitely recommend this hoody.

Ignore that negative review, I don’t understand why someone would complain about logo placement, when the jacket looks sleek and appealing to the eyes! The fabric used is high quality and the stitching is top notch. I would definitely recommend using their sizing chart as fitment is true to size

STOP THE SILLY HOOD STITCHED BRANDING!

I know the brand is growing and trying to reach more people, but have some dignity and stop plastering the logo in 2 places. this beautiful product just used to have the chest badge and name in 1 location. why split it in 2 places? so people both walking behind and in front of you can see the obnoxious placement? I know this made sense for high value ski products because touting it around on the slopes was a statement and the more high-value customers that saw it in that type of environment would convert into higher sales but for modest articles of clothing like this it really does ruin the discreet, respectable and "humbleness" of the product. Please. Less branding. Please.

I bought this as a softshell for my Atom LT hoody. Love this thing. Very lightweight and comfortable. A large will fit very nicely over several layers. I usually wear a fleece (size large), and Atom LT (L) underneath this when its cold and a bit windy or drizzly outside and have no problem with the fit. This jacket is definitely not waterproof, but very water resistant. It beads water off like a charm. Is also does a nice job of keeping the cold wind out. My only minor complaint is that the inside of the jacket doesn't have real stuff pockets, but that doesn't really bother me. The hood is nice and spacious and can fit a over a climbing helmet and can be cinched down nice and tight. Overall I think this is a great addition to my Arc'Teryx gear.
