What's the volume when completely empty and compacted?

Hi, thanks for your question! The Ion Gear Organizer has a total volume of 40L, but when it's empty and compacted, it folds down to a small, low-profile size. While we don’t typically measure the volume of our packs in their compressed state, it’s designed to be easy to stow when not in use. We hope this helps!

Does it fit between a crashpad?

Hi there, thanks for your question! Yes, the Ion Gear Organizer is designed with multiple carry options and conveniently folds flat to fit inside a crash pad. We hope this helps!

could a 60 m rope fit in this

Hi Ethan, great question! A 60 m rope should fit in this organizer just fine. Each side of the Ion can hold 20 L comfortably, so this should be more than enough for a 60 m rope. We hope this helps!

What is the max designed weight capacity?

Hi Agge, thank you for reaching out. While we don’t have a specific maximum weight capacity for our packs, the Ion Gear Organizer has a 40L carrying capacity.

Is there a laptop compartment?

Hello Mike, the Ion Gear Organizer does not have a designated laptop compartment but with the dual 20L zippered compartments, we believe a laptop could easily fit.

does this only have an over the shoulder, messenger bag style strap? It appears it does not have the option to carry it like a backpack?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. The Ion Gear Organizer only features a shoulder strap.

Pack Dimensions says 30L and Pack Pocket Configuration says dual 20L compartments. What is the size... 30L or 40L?

Hello there, thank you for pointing that out. There has been a mistake on our product description page, our team is working on a fix. I can confirm that the Ion Gear Organizer has a volume of 40L with dual 20L compartments.
