Can these be put on in the field without removing touring boots?

Hello there, the Beta Pant is designed primarily for hiking and climbing, so it’s not intended to be worn over ski touring boots. While the 3/4 length side zippers do allow for easier on-and-off over lighter footwear, they likely won’t accommodate the bulk of touring boots. In most cases, you’d need to remove your boots to get the pants on, and they may not fit comfortably over top. If you’re looking for a shell pant built specifically for ski touring, we recommend the Sentinel Pant.
