Question 1

Where is this made?

Helio, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi there, thank you for your question. The Men's Konseal GTX Shoes are manufactured in China. For reference, the manufacturing facility is listed in the Features & Specs section on the product page. We hope this helps!

Question 2

Is it Non- slip？

Seymour, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. The Konseal GTX Shoe is designed to provide strong traction on rock and varied terrain, with a focus on grip for approach and scrambling use. While it offers reliable traction, it is not specifically rated or certified as non-slip. We hope this helps!

Question 3

For Arc’teryx: I think you build quality products, and I would definitely purchase a pair of your konseal shoes, but why don’t you make a size 14? There are plenty of people like me with larger size requirements that are underserved in this area.

River · Accepted Answer

Hello Matt, we really appreciate your interest in the Konseal shoes and your thoughtful feedback. At the moment, we don’t offer size 14 in this model, and we understand how disappointing that can be for guests with larger sizing needs. While our current range doesn’t cover all sizes, we’re actively working to expand our offerings, and hearing directly from you helps us advocate for broader inclusivity in our footwear line. We’ve shared your feedback with our product team, and we hope to better serve your size in the future.

Question 4

Feet 25cm, for mainly winter commuting on GTX, better size 40 (EU) or size 40 2/3 (EU)?

River · Accepted Answer

Hello there, thanks for your question! For a foot length of 25 cm and winter commuting in GTX footwear, both EU 40 and EU 40 2/3 could work depending on your personal comfort preferences. Since this is an approach shoe, fit and feel can vary from person to person, and thicker winter socks may make the slightly larger size more comfortable. We recommend ordering both sizes and trying them on with the socks you plan to wear—this way, you can assess which fit feels best for your needs. We offers free returns within 30 days, so you can easily send back the pair that doesn’t work out.

Question 5

Seymour, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer
