Falsche Artikelbeschreibung

Qualität an sich ist super. Jedoch ist die Artikelbeschreibung in Textform nicht richtig. Es steht in der Beschreibung: „In den Einschubtaschen mit Reißverschluss und einer Pattentasche auf dem Gesäß lassen sich Kleinigkeiten sicher verstauen.“ Jedoch hat die Hose keine Reisverschlüsse und auch keine Pattentasche auf dem Gesäß. Der Support war sehr unfreundlich und hat den Fehler mir zu geschoben, da in den Details andere Informationen stehen. Falsche Artikelbeschreibung und Fehler von Arcteryx! Die Taschen mit Reisverschluss waren der Grund für mich, die Hose zu bestellen. Da erwarte ich mir schon besseres vom Kundenservice für eigene Fehler… so geht man nicht mit treuen und langjährigen Kunden um!
