Stay away - this isn't a quality thing. Arcteryx, it looks like you think you've made it. No quality control, good designs are in the past. All that's left is a hefty price tag.

Almost Perfect....

These shirts are nearly perfect. A few details would bring these puppies to 5 stars. 1. Can we get gun metal / black color snaps? The silver feels really generic. On the darker colors the silver snaps are a bit off putting. With the "24" rivet in black, perhaps a DTM finish on the snaps would bring it full circle. 2. When using laundry pods the polyester picks up on the soap / residue left behind if it's not 100% liquid. This is a bummer and results in a double wash or having to hand wash those areas. 3. Can we get a Nylon blend version? While the shirt is light weight, the Polyester gets funky and warm in hotter climates. 4. Flawless fit - Never change it!!!!

Es ist mit Abstand das beste Hemd was ich je besessen habe. Ich habe bislang jede Farbe. Hier könnte es auch ruhig noch mehr Farben geben - auch mehr mutigere Farben. So schnell wie sich die Hemden immer verkaufen. Die Passform ist leicht großzügig und man schwitzt im Sommer quasi überhaupt nicht.

This long sleeve button up is amazing, why because its breathable and great to use for the office plus you can hike in it and look super fly! I mean this long sleeve is so great I bought 2 in each color, I just need to get the pilot and the new blue (not nighthawk). I wear this to lectures with a sweet funny skinny tie! I bike in it along the lake in Chicago in the fall. I wish Arc made some pants that have the same material. I wear it to work and family occasions. I LOVE SKYLINE!!!!! SKYLINE IS LIFE!!!! My favorite shirt on the planet, hands down

Don't want to miss it anymore

The shirt is perfect for hiking: feels good on the skin, dries within short time, does not take on much smell even when hiking for several days with the same shirt; the shirt has a kind of a classy look, so one can wear it to crash a meeting right after sports too :-) and it is also nice for office work on really hot days; It would be perfect, if the shirt would have buttons on the sleeves, so I can furl and fix the sleeves;

A good spot between casual and work

Sometimes it is hard to dress for an event that is too fancy for a Columbia fishing shirt or a Prana patterned shirt like you find at REI, but then the event is not also not nice enough for a collared dress shirt, even without a tie. I think this shirt is a good choice for such events. So you are at an art gallery on the island, and you don't want to look like a tourist, but you also don't want to look like an office drone with khakis and a polo shirt. I have the blue one, and I can wear it with grey patterned slacks or even nice jeans. It has snaps, not buttons, which is a nice touch. I would like the breast pocket to be a bit deeper so it holds a pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarers without sticking out.

Love this shirt

The only drawback for this shirt (which can be worn casually with blue jeans or in a business casual environment with dress slacks) is that if you want to carry a pen in the breast pocket it will not close. Other than that it is my favorite shirt and I bought three of them.

A good summer shirt

Feel of the fabric is great and the fit is good. I would have liked that the collar was bit smaller in fit. Now if I'd like to keep the top button open it looks bit weird in my opinion. For the casual look still quite fine :)

Didnt even get to wash my shirt before i tried it on and when i removed it one of the button literally ripped off with the other one and now theres just a hole. Arcteryx normally never fails me but thankfully i discovered this when i wasnt traveling.

I've got a fresh Skyline shirt and already heard of the infamous tight button problem. Still nothing ripped off but when I close the buttons they are all so tight that it wonders me they didn't already rip off. The rest of the shirt is typical Arc'teryx quality, just stunningly great.

Enough said... These shirts are a staple in my wardrobe...I have a number of them in both long and short sleeve... Very unique product compared to a lot of stuff out there in my view...Love the feel of the fabric against the skin...soooo comfortable... I never take time to write reviews. The shirt looked good and felt good. Then when I was trying to take it off TWO buttons ripped right out of the shirt. They are so tight and difficult to undo that one of them is still stuck together and I can't separate it.

Awesome shirt - wish you would make other colors

I have started wearing the black ones around the office. Funny thing is that I work in a very formal setting where we wear suits - I get so many compliments on the shirt. I have both the blue and the black - only issue is, everyone is starting to get these now, plus we all wish there were a white option as well as a few other colors. Seems like a mistake to not sell the other colors.

Arcteryx delivers on all counts

This was my first Arcteryx shirt. It beats all other brands I've found in quality, style, fit, and feel. I love the snaps instead of buttons. It is extremely easy care. Comes out looking new every wash.

汗をかいてもすぐに乾き、肌触りもべたつかず非常に快適です。そして本当にアイロン不要です。ただ、日本人には袖が長めなので、袖丈を基準にサイズを選びましょう。胸囲が入らなければ、実際に試着できる場所で買ったほうが良いと思います。また、生地は非常に毛玉になりやすいです。ワンスリングなどを肩にかけていると、ストラップの下がすぐにゴロゴロの毛玉になりますし、椅子の背もたれに当たる部分も同様です。この点では、adventus comp shirt のほうがお勧めですね。

The Long Sleeve Brother

I have several short sleeve versions and decided to try a long sleeve. The shirt doesn't taper as much from chest to waist as I'd like, but I knew that going in, as the torso fit is very similar to the short sleeve version. The only oddity I found was the sleeve length. I wear a 34 / 35 sleeve dress shirt and in size medium, these sleeves are still an inch too long. I don't wash my Arc'Teryx shirts often (one of the reasons I love them) so can't comment on the pilling others have mentioned.

Beautiful fit, fabric pills

I own a lot of Arcteryx clothing. All of which last for years. Great build quality and fabric. This shirt is a great fit but the fabric is not arcteryx quality in my opinion. After only a few office (non active) wears with delicate wash cycles and air drying, the fabric is already pulling and showing wear. Love the fit and feel but the fabric is not durable.

Pills and smells. Avoid

I love just about anything Arcteryx. This shirt is comfortable, reasonably stylish if you want to wear it around town, and it fits well. The main problem with it is is started to pill after just a few washes, and keeps getting worse. I always follow care instructions precisely, even using the type of detergent they recommend, but I was very disappointed to see that after just a few weeks it looked years old. Also, for whatever reason, this shirt causes or retains body odor like nothing I've ever owned. I sweat very little, and can often skip applying deodorant/anti-perspirant. If it's at all warm, my pits are always soaked with this shirt, even after applying lots of anti-perspirant.

You won't regret it

I own two Skyline shirts and just bought another four. The material is a bit 'blousy' but it has abilities I have not experienced in any other fabric. I cycle with a good sized 35l backpack and even under the straps the shirt stays dry and doesn't crease. Perfect for travelling or hot weather. The colour choice is a bit limited in the long sleeve version. The fit is great for me (Medium = 188cm, 80kg)

The do everything shirt

This is my go to shirt. It is good for everything and everywhere. Great for hiking, work, going out, and everything else. This doesn't take up any space in the luggage and it truly is hard to wrinkle. I love this shirt... I even have it in the short sleeve

Wahnsinns Alltagsshirt

Eines der besten und vielseitigsten Hemden die ich jemals besessen habe. Sehr edle Optik und Haptik, habe schon viel Lob für das Hemd bekommen. Je nach Lichteinfall wirkt die Farbe Schwarz bis sehr dunkel Blau, ein toll getroffener Farbton. (Identisch mit dem A2B Polo in Black) Einzig die Knöpfe wirken etwas fragil, schließen zwar wundervoll wirken aber durch den sehr dünnen Stoff als könnte da je nach Enthusiasmus der Dame der Wahl mal was kaputt gehen. Ich bin 1.90 bei ca 95kg - Schultern und Brust breiter als Bauch ;) und XL passt perfekt. Bitte bitte bringt noch ein paar mehr Farben, etwas richtung helleres Blau oder Anthrazit/Grau

First, but not last, shirt purchase

Like most things I buy online, I read reviews that the shirt fits large and people suggest ordering a size smaller. I did just that, and I'm super grateful for people's feedback. The shirt fits perfect, but is designed to be worn by a lean individual. The material is incredibly light weight, and style is simple yet professional. It seems fragile when unbuttoning the shirt and I'm afraid I'm eventually going to rip one of the buttons off. It doesn't attract pet hair, and doesn't wrinkle easy. I love this shirt. Arc'teryx, please provide more colors for this shirt!
