Quality wool is still itchy

Absolutely love that Tatsu color. It’s a true olive. The fit of this shirt is fabulous. However, I can’t get over how itchy wool is. The fabric feels soft to the touch but itchy against my body. It was too uncomfortable to keep. It would be great if Arc’Teryx offered the same shirt in a synthetic performance fabric.

I've been shifting my base layers to wool for the past few years and this shirt is one of the best yet. It's extremely soft and cozy, stretches and moves with me, breaths well, dries so fast, and is so flattering I can also wear it to the office. I've worn (and sweated) in this shirt for 5 straight days without even the pits smelling. This is going to be my go-to shirt this fall and winter for everything from climbing to backcountry base layer. I would also love to see this in a scoop or zip-neck version.

Simply amazing

Leaving a similar review for the leggings but WOW this is an amazing layer. I am a 32DDD with a very short torso, usually a S/M in shirts and I got this in a medium for extra room in the chest and it fits amazing. I have worn this dozens of times already for work hiking and skiing in both snowy/cold conditions as well as warmer spring skiing temps and hiking in the rain. It always keeps me warm but I never feel like I am overheating when I am exercising a lot. Cannot say enough good things about this, especially the fit. It is like it was designed by a woman for a woman! Imagine that! It stretches in all the right places and stays in place when I tuck it into my pants.

Perfect base layer

Love me new base layer. So soft and comfortable. Will use skiing, snowshoeing or for playing in the snow with the kids as a first layer. A touch big , I am normally a 6 in Lulu and bought a medium in this. I could have bought small and been fine either way I think.

Awesome Base Layer Top

This is the best merino base layer top I own. This top is plenty warm on its own and also layers well for skiing in the PNW. It's also super soft. I love that I can wear it skiing for a couple of days (including hiking and sweating) before the pits start to smell bad. In terms of sizing, this top is true to size. I go between a M and L and chose an L for this one. The L has plenty of stretch/room without being baggy. I now have two of these tops and would love to see Arc'teryx offer more pretty colors like the Labrynth color from a few seasons ago.

So comfy and very warm!

I bought this product for ski season because I get SO COLD. This item is a game changer. It’s kept me so warm on the mountain I’ve started to wear it around town on really cold days. The material is so soft and it’s an amazing base layer. Love this product!!

So soft and cozy

I bought this online and was not expecting such a cozy feel. I have other Lana pieces from Arc'teryx and they are thinner. I was blown away when I first wore it. I am so happy with this. I sized up preferring a looser fit and it fits wonderfully. The Lampyre color is gorgeous.
