These socks are very comfortable and warm. I like to wear ankle socks when I am out and about in shorts and these fit the bill. My only grip is I would like a light weight version for hotter days.

Love the Merino wool socks. Great fit, cushioning and perfect for long walks with my dog. We generally walk at least 4-5 miles a day and they keep my feet comfortable and from becoming tired. Highly recommend for extended periods on your feet.

Livid

Livid beyond livid with the Sales Associate in Calgary that advised that a women’s Canadian size 9/Eu size 40 would be a size small in this sock. Drove 7 hours round trip to my nearest Arc’teryx store so that I could find several items of clothing in the appropriate sizes, only to get home to find that the size small in this sock is no where near the size that I advised the sales that was needed. Totally wasted $29, plus tax, plus a days worth of travel X pair of socks purchased. Educate your sales associates please. Your products a carry high end price tags, make sure your staff know their stuff.

Great with one fatal flaw

Great socks with one significant flaw, they shrank several sizes after being washed. The initial foot, feel, look - everything - was top notch. Merino content is quite high, build quality was great, I only wish I had ordered a size up to compensate for the amount these shrank.

Good stuff

Whew! The description does not give these little socks credit. Wore these over the summer guiding canoe trips. Got these socks muddy, drenched for days at a time, and overall tormented them beyond belief. Kept my feet warm even when wet, and were extremely durable when put to the test. Recommend for any other wet leg canoers!

Are these my favourite Arc'teryx product? They just might be. They are my favourite. They keep your feet warm but not sweaty. The small is the perfect size for my size 6.5 feet. They are the perfect height and *just* pop up over my shoe. I wash cold and hang to dry (like i do for all my merino wool) as I find it prolongs the life of my products. Man I just love these socks.
