We've missed you! The decision to reopen our stores was based on four factors: our local health environment, guidance from public health authorities, community sentiment, and store readiness.

We’re taking extra measures at our retail locations to keep our staff and customers healthy and safe.
When you enter one of our stores, things will look a little different. Below are some of the enhanced measures you can expect to see, so we can keep everyone safe as we welcome you back.
CLEANING AND SANITIZING
Hand sanitizers are available at high-traffic areas, including the store entrance, cash area, and all workstations.
Frequent cleaning and disinfecting schedules in common spaces (restroom, fitting room, staff room), commonly touched surfaces (workstations, doorknobs, keyboards, scanners, light switches, credit card terminals), and exposed surfaces (counter tops, clothing displays).
All on-site staff are supplied with PPE and will be asked to wear masks at all times. To ensure the safety of our team and our customers, we are asking that you wear one too. If you forgot to bring one with you – don’t worry, we have disposable face masks available in all stores.
Signage is displayed throughout the store encouraging customers to wear gloves and masks, and to continue their shopping experience at arcteryx.com if they have flu-like symptoms or feel unwell.
We’re embracing a "cashless" payment system for the time being.
In-store returns are accepted and will be held in quarantine for three days.
In-store product service requests are not accepted at this time, but we are happy to process online product service requests.
An Arc’teryx team member will be stationed at the front of the store to greet customers, regulate traffic, and ensure a safe number of customers at any one time.
Customers can line-up for entry in a protected space, with tape and signage to indicate 2 meters spacing.
Signage is displayed throughout the store reminding customers of safe spacing practices.
