Mallas Satoro Merino Wool Mujer

I absolutely love these pants. They have become my new staple baselayer bottoms.

I have been looking for comfortable and warm merino baselayer bottoms forever, and I think these will do the trick. I hate when bottoms have a super tight waistband than constricts my belly, and these fit more like high-waisted leggings. They were a tiny bit itchy at first, but after wearing them around for a few hours, it felt like they softened up. I had previously tried Le Bent's baselayer bottom, and those were way too itchy for me (despite their marketing). So I was very pleasantly surprised and relieved that these are almost 100% merino and not itchy. They're very warm and breathable. As other people have mentioned, they're slightly see-through (I have the Phantasm color), but I don't mind. ("Can you write that your boyfriend also doesn't mind?" -boyfriend). I think I could get away with it wearing a longer top/sweatshirt as well. The pocket is random and feels more like a style feature than function feature, but I don't mind. I'm not going to complain about women's pants having pockets :) My only complaint is that the very top of the waistband is a bit tighter than preferred. You can even tell in the model pictures that the waistband cuts in a tiny bit for them. I'm usually between a small and a medium, and I'm glad I got the medium in these. I'm 5'4 and they go right to the top of my ankle, so I'm glad they're not too long. If these were designed more like Le Bent's baselayer bottom waistband, these would be a 10/10. Overall, would recommend, and I'm hoping to get another pair eventually!

just can't take them off - material really comfy and extensible, amazing fit - won't get down when walking, a bit see through but i don't mind - i'm 5f 4 - 155 pounds - wear 29 in jeans- a mom's belly - took médium and perfect fit !

fits small. I wear a 6 in arcteryx pants. bought these tights in a large and they fit comfortably.

Leaving a similar review for the shirt but all I can say is WOW. I am 5'5 155lbs, long legs, athletic build and I got a medium which fits like a glove. I am usually a size 8 in jeans. This fits the athletic female body SO WELL I cannot rave enough about it. Room in the thighs and butt for those of us with muscle, but still narrows in at the waist so your pants aren't falling down. The lil pocket on the thigh I don't use much to be honest but I've also never noticed it being a bother. I use these hiking in the rain, skiing (winter and summer), and as a sleeping layer when I backpack. The pure merino wool really allows for great odor protection. Now these are a tiny bit see-through in the butt, but way less than any other brand I tried on. It is still enough coverage where I feel comfortable changing rain layers in the office before I head out on patrol, or drying off post-hike, even with male coworkers in the room. Maybe don't walk around in public in these but around camp with people you are comfortable with these are fine. I haven't noticed any "see through" concerns anywhere else, just the butt. If you are debating, just get them, especially if you have had trouble finding a baselayer to fit your athletic feminine build!

I love these layers, I have them in every color! I am always warm and fashionable too. I always get compliments when I wear these. Some colors can be a bit see through but that's okay because I wear them under my ski pants.
