Excellent regulator

Since ‘we met’ in December it’s been my favorite first layer. The fabric is silky and thin with just the right amount of warmth. It’s a very good regulator, warm but not hot, and has never held an odor. My only wish is for the forearm/wrist to be a bit wider- I tend to push my sleeves up and the narrow, albeit attractive taper makes them really tight when pushed up. My arms are skinny so this is not usually a problem. Beautifully made, flawless seaming.

Super soft

I was blown away by how soft the merino wool fabric is. So much nicer than even the best competitors products. I hope Arc’teryx keeps making more products using this same high quality wool. I love wearing natural fabrics but I am VERY sensitive to wool and often can’t wear even the finest merino. This crew neck almost feels like cotton it’s so soft. Fits true to size and is chic enough that I would wear it outside of being just a base layer.

It's a very warm very thin top. I love the fit ! I wish it wasn't "wool wash" only but I have a feeling it won't need to be laundered too often. Great so far ! I will say it's worked out best for me t o wear a tank top underneath it so that when I get to my destination I have options to remove it - such a great thin winter layer though.
