Product falling apart, refusing to replace

This Hoodie was almost $200 and started falling apart after 2 washes. When I contacted customer service, they are refusing to replace the product. They have offered me a $68 credit. Thats not even half of what I paid for it. I have used and been an advocate of there products for years. I have never had any of their other products start to fall apart like this after a few washes. This is not a case of normal wear and tear to the product; I have literally worn the product maybe 5 times and washed it twice

I wore my hoodie today with 20 degree temperatures and howling winds! I used it as my mid layer and didn't get cold, as I was in the elements of 5 hours! It was nice that the hood fit over my helmet!

Really comfortable, excellent fit. Seems to be quite durable- fabric seems better than other brands producing wool base layers. Went with L- 6’4” 195 lbs fits well snug but not too tight. Would definitely recommend and will likely purchase another

Own two of these and they are The Bomb! Comfortable stand-alone or as a base layer. Heat-regulating from 35 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Wore mine recently on continuous flights from Denver to Argentina and back and was never too hot or too cold while on planes. Can be worn repeatedly even for longer trail runs without stinking.
