Cute bag, non-functional strap.

Cute little bag, but the strap is thin and digs into my shoulder if there is anything in the bag. The Blue is beautiful, has great space. I need to figure out how to put some kind of padding to thicken the strap.

The best bag I ever owned, someone stole it from. Wish it was easier to purchase a new one. I think the strap with is perfect, material is easily cleaned. Great pockets and functionality.

Mixed Feelings on Service and Product

I recently purchased two Arc'teryx Heliad 6L Crossbody bags with high expectations given the brand's reputation for quality and durability. Unfortunately, the bags did not meet my expectations, prompting me to return them. The return process has been less than satisfactory, further dampening my experience. I packed and returned both bags in a single package, assuming it would streamline the process. To my disappointment, only one of the items was acknowledged upon receipt, leading to a partial refund. This oversight raises concerns about the efficiency and reliability of the return process, leaving me in a predicament. While I understand that errors can occur, I expected a more seamless experience, especially from a brand of Arc'teryx's caliber. This incident has unfortunately affected my confidence in the brand, and I hope my feedback prompts a review of the return and customer service protocols to prevent similar situations for others. I would appreciate a swift resolution to this matter, ensuring both refunds are processed promptly. It's crucial for a brand that prides itself on customer satisfaction to address these issues effectively.

Strap is too thin

This bag had the perfect capacity (2.5 L I believe), but unfortunately I had to return it because the strap is ridiculously thin and digs into one's shoulder even when lightly loaded. I suggest at least doubling the width of the strap.
