Arc’teryx commitment to Reconciliation
The Arc’teryx Headquarters and Design Centre is located on the unceded shared territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Peoples. ARC’One is located within the shared territory of the qiqéyt (Qayqayt), kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem), q̓ic̓əy̓ (Katzie), qʼʷa:n̓ƛʼən̓ (Kwantlen), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), and Stó:lō Peoples.
Our brand stores are located within the treaty and territorial lands of many First Nation, Indigenous, Inuit, Métis, and Tribal communities, and we honour and acknowledge their connections to the land, their stories and culture. At Arc’teryx we are committed to implementing the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Call to Action #92 and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples as a framework for reconciliation and we ask you to join us as we strive to weave reconciliation, representation, and inclusivity into the very fabric of our brand.

Manufacturing and distribution centre jobs
ARC'One, our New Westminister, BC hub for manufacturing and distribution, is the heart and hands of Arc'teryx. Proximity to our Head Office and Design Centre lets us test designs and processes in a real world manufacturing set-up, for a direct flow of feedback between maker and designer. It's what makes the magic happen.
ARC'One is one of Canada’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing (as declared in the 2021 Great Place to Work® Canada survey.) It offers team members an onsite gym, free transit shuttle to the nearby Skytrain station, cultural celebrations and ESL courses.
