Nice material, just feels like a high quality product. In comparison to the bird head, the grotto is a bit bigger and in my opinion a bit warmer. The downside would be due to it being warmer it is also a bit less breathable.

Super produit je recommande à 100% je l’ai depuis maintenant quelques mois et j’adore.
Je le met tout le temps que ce soit à l’intérieur ou dehors par temps très froid. La chaleur apportée est juste super, rien à dire, il est assez souple pour l’ajuster sur les oreilles si vraiment froid. Il garde vraiment super bien la chaleur avec ces maille bien resserrer. Petit point à améliorer sur les prochaine versions : il y a des micros bouloche un peut partout sur le bonnet. Au bout d’un moi ou deux d’utilisation.

Very Poor Quality and Customer Service Response

I bought this hat last year and immediately, it started pilling and threads started coming out. I have never washed it, so, it isn't a result of that.
My family and I have spent thousands of dollars on all kinds of Arc'teryx ski gear over the past few years. This is the first time that I have been unhappy with the quality of their products and felt the need to send a note to their customer service department. Early January, I received a response, saying that my enquiry would be looked at within a few days. I hadn't heard anything back for a few weeks so yesterday, I re-sent a note to customer service letting them know that I hadn't heard back.
Today, I got a response from Tobi saying that (this is just a brief synopsis...) "they are sorry to hear about the pilling on my product. With most fabrics, pilling is normal during the lifespan of the material" etc. etc. etc. and then goes on to say that perhaps I could purchase one of the many products available to help remove loose fibers...
I am telling you that the pilling and loose threads started immediately after I purchased this hat. It is poor quality and if you read other reviews, you will see that many people have the same issue that I have with this $70 hat. It looks worn out and cheap after just one year. I have been such a loyal Arc'teryx customer for years now, and I am so disappointed with both the quality of this toque and the customer service response that I have received. I would absolutely not recommend that you purchase this product.

Comfiest hat ever

Wore it a few times for hikes around the lake district and the UK, incredibly warm and comfy, didn't make my head too hot or itchy at all, perfect for all weathers

viel zu schnell abgenutzt

Für den Preis hab ich mehr erwartet. Ich trage die Mütze erst weniger als einen Monat und sie sieht schon total hinüber aus. Überall stehen Fäden ab und die Oberfläche ist nicht mehr ebenmäßig. Der Look gefällt mir gut, aber für den Preis ist das absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
